I own a Magneto Mini cruiser skateboard and the bearings on there are good, however they did feel a bit slower for my taste. I wanted to achieve higher speeds while skateboarding and a friend of mine who also owns YellowJackets referred them to me. I purchased them and easily replaced the bearings on my board and was astonished on how big a difference they made; the wheels spin for so much longer now and I have been able to go so much faster with them on. It has been a bit over a month and I have had no problems with the bearings. If anything, my board feels as fast as it did when I first installed them.

These things are awesome. I skated for years, stopped for even more years, and now started up again and needed to find the best bearings I could for a non-astronomical price. However, I was out of the loop and unfamilair with the many, many bearings options. I researched the hell out of them for days and Yellow Jackets hit almost every top list. They aren't super expensive but they perform well. Smooth, fast, and reliable. And they have a cool aesthetic with the bright colors and wasp logo. And, as other reviews have stated, the company is top notch. I had some questions about the bearings and just kind of emailed the company to ask. The owner himself replied and was super friendly and helpful and got me sorted out right away. You can't go wrong with these. If you're like me and you're agonizing over all the brands and prices and don't know what to do, rest assured you can skate these. You'll love them.

I bought these bearings on a whim because I was making a new truck setup and needed a spare set so when I saw these bearings being sold for cheap i felt heavily inclined to get them. They came in this funky little tin with their logo on it and once installed these bearing spun as quiet as a mouse and for a good amount of time. After a week of using them i can definitely say that these are my new go to brand. I have bought from both reds and Bronson and i can definitively say that for the purpose of cruising these perform the best (on top of that both of those companies gave me at least 1 bad bearing in each box). One thing i do wish is that they packed a sticker with the tin because I like to put them on my skate tool and i would love to rep these guys. Tldr: Perform great at a good price with good showmanship to boot

Haven't skated on them yet, but no way in hades that these are abec-11 -- at least two of them have minor defects and the amount of spin they have out of the box is surprisingly slow. will try to update this review after riding them for a while. I suspect they aren't terrible, but will be surprised if they are good. Edit: raised it up from 3 stars to 4 stars. The defects aren't noticeable when I ride. It rides fine -- as good as most other bearings when they're new and don't have defects -- don't have a lot of downhills to test just how fast these new puppies go, but I'm satisfied enough and the price is good enough, even if they really are more like abec-7 than abec-11 (which I'm not even sure how I would test). Not marking 5-stars because I've purchased lower abec bearings that were probably faster, but they were also a lot more money....

TL;DR Returned defective bearings.Was refunded AND company sent me 3 free sets that worked flawlessly. Will be sticking with Yellow Jacket for a LONG time and encouraging all my friends to do the same. *Before I get into any of this, I just want to mention that this all happened within 4ish days of receiving my first set, so also props for speedy response times. **Another note I thought about after writing this: Even non-dud bearings will be a bit audible freely spinning on their own or even fresh on the wheel, but they quiet down after a while and performance it perfect right out of the box. I first ordered these bearings with spacers and washers in red because I was curious to take the path outside of the standard Bones Reds, which I had been so accustomed to. These run a bit cheaper and the color options are nice, so that was my primary motivation to even defer from Bones. It really all comes down to performance with me though. With my first set, it was lacking. 2 or 3 of the bearings spun without resistance and sound, but the rest were riddled with problems so I sent them immediately back and claimed a refund. I was a few clicks away from ordering a set of Bones when I got an email from NWM, the company that manufactures and selles Yellow Jacket Bearings. They were concerned with the fact that I had returned them and wanted to prove to me that they were indeed quality bearings, so they sent me 3 free sets. Each bearing from each of these sets performs flawlessly as the 2 or 3 in the first pack did. No issues whatsoever. If there's one thing I respect in a company, it's their determination to prove to their consumer base that they are giving them quality products at reasonable prices, which these guys certainly are. As with anything mass produced in the 21st century, there are bound to be a few duds and defects. If the system was designed to be perfect 100% of the time, prices would be 100% more expensive. My hat off to Yellow Jacket for still making sure I got what I needed in order to put my new board together, and then some. Definitely pick up your next set from these guys. Fantastic quality and even if you get extremely small chances of getting duds, these guys have your back and will make sure you know they treat their customers well. Yellow Jacket customer for life now and will be encouraging all my friends to purchase as well.
