Only few pieces to put together. Instructions are simple, accurate, and well written. Once you understand how to make sure the holes are in alignment all fits well. Quality material and hardware. Time will tell how they hold up. For now, very nice.

I purchased this for my backyard. The box came well-packed. The chair parts were in good shape because of the excellent packaging. The installation instructions were possibly the best ones I have ever seen. They were simple and illustrated well. The package also included installation tools so no need to break out my toolbox. Seems sturdy and well-built. The only downside is that the chair is heavy so it's not easy to pick up and move. Overall a great chair.

Initial impressions were decent. I was skeptical due to the price, but the one chair I assembled so far seems pretty solid. A few of the cut edges are a bit rough and need sanding, especially on the pieces you need to attach. I would strongly advise to have your own (buy/borrow) 5 mm Allen wrench to tighten the bolts because the included one was junk and not big enough. It was not a snug fit in the bolt and felt like it was going to strip the bolt head. Make sure you only finger tighten the bolts on either side of the front legs and then tighten them fully once the whole chair is assembled or it won't sit perfectly flat. Probably not a big deal if you're on grass or dirt, but just FYI. I was initially thinking I assembled something wrong due to the large gap at the back where the arms attach to the seat back (see pic), but no everything was correct. You just have to crank the bolts down tight to get the arms to pull in enough, which didn't seem right because it's twisting the front legs when you do that, but I guess that's just how it is. (Still seems odd.) Overall it's a decent chair for the price. It's definitely not polywood quality, but that's why it's 1/3 the price.

We bought four of these chairs two years ago. The assembly was straightforward with only a few of the instructions being confusing. It took about 30 minutes per chair to assemble. The chairs were light-weight and handle my 250 pounds with ease. The colt has not faded and our chairs are outside except during the winter. This spring, a wind (45 mph gust) did flip one of the chairs over. It landed on our stone fire pit and both arms broke. I contacted their customer service hoping to order new arms. In less than 24 hours I.received a reply asking for the order number and a picture of the broken arms. In 8 hours they replied that the chairs have a 5 year warranty and that the parts were on the way with a tracking number. Excellent service and product.

Pretty happy with these for just over 100 bucks. Wife wanted some for her birthday and when I called around and found out that some were over 600 bucks, I jumped on these. There are some plastic ones around that are really cheap but these feel more solid and closer to the real deal than any others at this price point. Would purchase again.

This is an exceptional outdoor chair. It’s made very well, it’s very sturdy, it’s comfortable, it’s looks like real wood but does not rot, the colors are nice and vibrant, and I love how it adds color to my garden and is an inviting place to rest and enjoy the wonderful smells of springtime. I will buy more of these chairs for sure! Oh! And it was so easy to assemble in less than 15 minutes.
