This Yealink W76P (W56H handset with W70 base) arrived without a MAC address, which is required to provision and register the device with a phone system. Without a MAC address, the phone cannot be added to a PBX or VoIP platform, making it completely unusable for business deployment. The sound quality is poor, and the design is antiquated. Despite this being a configuration-blocking defect, I was charged a $75 return fee. Charging a restocking fee for a product that cannot be configured as required is unreasonable. This is not acceptable for business-grade equipment. Proceed with caution if buying a renewed product from this seller as it is essentially non-refundable since it has a $75 return fee. ... show more

Packaging was a little sus. Everything was put into a single box with a bunch of bubble wrap. But everything seems to work 100%. I use it for testing in my home lab and it serves the purpose very well.
