Overall, the Polycom VVX 400 is a solid business phone, and I’m happy with the call quality and functionality. The renewed unit arrived in good condition and came with a power supply, which was a nice bonus. However, I ran into a setup issue because the phone had been previously provisioned. I had to work with my provider (8x8) to unlock it, which took about two hours. Once that was sorted, the phone has been reliable and works well. Just a heads up—if it arrives provisioned, you may need to invest some extra time in setup, but otherwise, it’s a great value. ... show more

It works just like new. These phones are great. We had 70 users and i was short 5 so i ordered 5. besides the box, they look like new. I had no issues in accessing the admin page and configuring it to work with my PBX.

This phone would be great, except you have to buy multiple phones if you're a business. You cannot use these phones unless all of the phones on your system are the same. Nobody told me about this before purchasing. Beware of this.
