I really like this brake light! The build quality is outstanding. The aluminum housing feels durable and premium, and even after riding through occasional puddle, there’s been no condensation or performance issues water ingress that I can see. The smart brake sensing is AWESOME. It activates instantly, even with a mild brake pull. Activation gives you a crisp, bright, red light circle. I do a lot of runs and let the kids ride ahead, and I can say that it’s highly visible in low-light and reasonable even in full daylight. Its a small under the seat, but its reasonably visible around 100 meters during the day... more if you're specifically looking for it. Installation is a snap (literally). I mounted it using the seat rails with zip ties and it took less than a minute. If you have your own zip ties, I’d recommend using them for added security. Mine has a tiny bit of movement, but nothing that rattles or interferes with the ride. Battery life is decent. With daily use, we easily get around two with a charge. The single-button operation makes it simple to use, and the shake-awake and sleep fantastic and the reason for long battery life. Just be careful adjusting the light setting, with it only being one button, I accidentally turned off the "auto" feature and it drained the battery. The only drawback is the charging setup. You have to remove it from the clip to charge, and while the light itself has an aluminum body, the clip is all plastic. I wish there was a side charging port for easier access without needing to remove it. Overall, this brake light exceeds expectations! It's bright enough for both day and night visibility, and the instant brake light catches drivers' attention, eliciting the natural reaction to go for the brakes. For less than $20, you're getting a great value. If you ride on the road, this is an essential safety feature, especially for kids who are starting to venture out on their own. I haven’t tested it extensively on trails yet, but I imagine it would be handy for keeping an eye on the lead rider and warning you of a slow down if you're following too close. Highly recommend!

What I like about this light is the simplicity of using, charging, and mounting. This light has quite a few illumination options, blinking, steady, and my new favorite, a slow fade in and out. There are (2) mounting options - either on the seat pole, which I chose, or on the seat saddle bars. If you do want to mount on the saddle bars, you might have to move a bike reflector if it's mounted high up near the seat first. The seat pole mount is simply placing the light, and the rubber spacer over the pole and stretching the rubber gasket around the pole and mounting to each side of the light bracket. The rubber spacer is angled, so make sure you place it where it's more perpendicular to the ground so the light shines parallel to the ground. The rubber spacer won't clip to the light, so you have to hold it in place until you secure the rubber ring and the plastic bracket to the pole. Simply do a 1/4 turn twist to mount the light to the plastic bracket. It's really easy to twist off when leaving the bike, or when you want to charge the light. I have other bike lights, but this is the smallest and easiest to use. As far as the "brake light", I haven't gotten the chance to have someone follow me as I brake, so if that happens, I'll update and let you know if that works properly. Photos attached.

Before my review, I wish to state I received this item though Amazon Vine. However, I pride myself in my honest, unbiased, and detailed reviews. I have a few products from this company and they have been very consistent with their quality. Like their other bike lights, this is easy to install, locks in place securely and is very bright and visible. I like the additional features it uses to detect if it's in the dark or in motion. I also like it's emergency models. It works out of box and is easy to charge. It is also easy to charge because it uses a twist lock on the mount to remove and replace. at a $20 price point, it's hard to beat when so many other lights have half the features. Overall, great bike light.

When riding at night, you need all the help you can get to make your bike visible to people driving cars. This cleverly designed light functions both as a taillight, and also as a brake light. Its motion sensing features will turn the taillight off when not needed to save the battery, and then back on again automatically when in motion again. It also senses the bike braking to automatically activate the brake light. The light attaches to your bike's seat post via either a silicone band, or a bracket held in place with zip ties. Charging via USB-C is an added convenience. The current Amazon listing price of $17 represents a fair value for this item. If you ride at night, add a light like this to your bike now!

Excellent light with bright shine and good modes! The Auto on/off is great feature. My Ten year old forgets to turn lights off all the time and this one turns itself off! The motion sensor feature also works great when breaking! We have it attached to a minibike but of course its perfect for bicycle as well!
