These taillights are bright, long-lasting (12 hrs in flashlight mode), rechargeable, sturdy, and a REALLY GOOD DEAL. Tldr; My Volcano Eye USB rechargeable taillights (2-pack, model VE-BT056) arrived, and they easily exceed my expectations, beginning with the packaging! The lights, mounting straps, and USB cables (2 of each) are snugly packed into a very nice, heavy-duty keepsake cardboard box. Mine arrived already charged, and wow: they're bright, easy to mount, easy to turn on/off/switch modes, and sturdy. They came with a glossy color trifold quickstart guide (hats off to your tech writers, Volcano Eye!) that describes features, basic specs, lighting modes, how to mount the light on your bike, etc. And there is a nice, B&W card with contact info for Volcano Eye. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with the lights, the features, the documentation, the whole package. And most of all the fantastic value! I've paid more for Serfa, Blackburn, and other brands that have done the job but offered fewer features and less promise than Volcano Eye's taillights. I know who I'm going to check into for all of my future lighting needs for cycling!

As always, these lights by Valcano Eye don't disappoint. I continue to exclusively purchase these lights for my nighttime visibility needs. The product, while a simple and easily replicated design, is top notch when it comes to quality. I like that these lights have chase patterns, which improve your chances of being noticed in traffic because the human brain is wired to perceive motion. The battery life on these is fantastic, and they have not once given me issues when they get soaked. I currently live in the Caribbean, and it is always raining here. I've even bought a couple spares to keep in my saddle bag in case I forget to charge my running lights and need to make it home safely. If you're on the fence about these lights or about how best to increase your presence while riding at night I'm telling you to go ahead and buy these lights. You wont regret it.

Bright and gets the job done. I purchased these last minute for a casual night ride on my BMX bike. They worked better than expected. A few friends even commented on how visible they were as they approached me. Can’t beat $15 for a set of rechargeable lights. We will see how long they last.

I was looking for a good light that would fit on the rear of my helmet; I wanted something reliable and bright so that drivers could easily see me from behind. With the shorter days coming ahead in the fall and winter, I am often riding while dark. All said, these lights are perfect! It was the right size (not too big) and the included mount made it easier to fit into my helmet. The light is bright, and with the flashing option, it will definitely get your attention! It comes in a two-pack: I can keep the second one fully charged so I can easily change it out when the battery dies on one. Excellent lights, great value!

I bought two different kind of lights for my kids bikes to test out. These are the best because they are a little longer, have different settings including flashing, and therefore stand out more. I have my kids put them on the front of their bikes and the back. I really like the flashing light setting. It's not obnoxious and makes it easier for them to be seen at dusk or dark. My son also rides his bike with the dog so I put a light on her harness as well. These lights are adjustable and attach easily to all the locations we have used them... dog harness, front of the bikes and back of the bikes. I think every kid that rides at dusk or dark in the street or sidewalk should have one on the front and one on the back. These have brought me a great peace of mind knowing that cars can see them easier. We even tested them out by having one kid ride away from the house without lights and the other with this bike light (on the back). You can quickly see how hard it becomes to see the kid without the lights and how much easier you can see the kid with the bike lights. I also love that they are rechargeable. So far battery life has been great. They ride bikes every day but not always at dusk/dark so I can't comment on how long they have lasted. I highly recommend this product. (I did not get compensated for this review, just really like them).

Purchased a set 3 years ago, always on my bike rain or shine except when changing. The batteries are solid and I've used the in the rain (1inch+rainfall a day). My only issue has been that the old ones are micro USB. I love that they changed to usb-C and I see no drop in quality between the new and old versions.

Amazing lights and so easy to use. Got the bike out from winter, and the lights still held a charge through my 1st spring ride. Easy to mount on the posts of the bike, very bright. 2nd set, have them on both road bikes.
