Ordered via Amazon, received within 3 days. I could tell from the moment I unpacked it that it is a quality item. Well made and easy to move around (it's on wheels) My old unit died out, so my basement, which is always battling humid conditions, was without a working dehumidifier for about 4 days. This unit got to work as soon as I started it up, and in about 2 hours (on the lowest setting, mind you) my entire basement went from 70% humidity down to 45%. I'm very impressed with: how easy it is to operate, the different settings that are available, the low-noise level and most importantly, how well it works. Overall, It's a quality item that works as advertised, well worth the money. I'm really glad I bought it.

I got this dehumidifier for my basement and it works well. It's not noisy love the fact it comes with a hose attachment where other dehumidifiers of its size usually doesn't. The hose they provide works and it's fairly long and you can cut it to fit the length to your needs. Only small issue is that the power chord is a little short but my outlet is higher up on the wall so its understandable. Display is easy to read and the wheels allow easy mobility if you need to store it away.

I purchased the first dehumidifier in April 2020 and set it up in the unfinished room in my basement - approximately 375 square feet. The unit is compact and has a stylish design. It is relatively quiet - quieter than the GE it replaced. It maintained the humidity settings (set at 55%) with seemingly little effort. The temperature and humidity gauge were exact, matching a separate gauge that is kept nearby. It was easily set up to drain to the floor drain. The filter is easy to remove and clean, which I did monthly. The first dehumidifier worked perfectly for the first 12 months. In the 13th month (May 2021), I noticed the unit running constantly. It was no longer pulling the moisture out of the air. I contacted Yaufey Support via email on 5/15/2021. In ALL communications outlined below, I received a reply within 12-24 hours. 5/15/2021: Using an extended warranty verification email from Yaufey from April 2020, I contacted Yaufey Support and told them it was no longer pulling the moisture from the air and briefly described what the settings were on the unit. 5/16/2021: Yaufey Support ( Emily ) responded asking if I could provide more information, perform some simple tests, change settings and let operate for 24 hours - and provide some photos of the control panel settings. 5/17/2021 - 5/18/2021 - I performed the tests and took the requested photos. 5/18/2021: I sent the results and answers. 5/19/2021: I was asked to perform a service review before an application for a replacement could be submitted. 5/19/2021: I replied that I would not do a review while I still had a non-working unit rather than a new working one. I would do a review once I received a replacement - unless I wasn't going to get a replacement without first providing a review. The unit was under the extended warranty from product registration back in 2020. 5/20/2021: Was asked to do a review for service only. It didn't have to be on the product. 5/21/2021: I replied again that I would not do a review until I had new one - unless I was not going to get one, which would be a different kind of review. 5/21/2021: Emily responded that I would get a new one, but asked for a review after receipt of the new one. 5/22/2021: I said I would do the review after receipt of the new one. I asked if they had my address on record. I also asked if she could estimate delivery and would the new one have a new warranty. 5/22/2021: She responded she did not have my address and could I provide it. The unit would arrive by the next Saturday if that was ok. And, the new one would be under its own new warranty. 5/22/2021: I responded with my address and that Saturday would be good. 5/24/2021: Emily let me know the application for a new one was submitted and I would get the shipment tracking number in 2-3 days. 5/25/2021: Emily sent me the tracking number. Asked for a review. 5/26/2021: I replied that I would do the review once I received the new one and made sure it worked. 5/27/2021: I let Emily know that I received the new one. But, it was delivered on its side. I would have to stand it upright for 24 hours per the owner's manual. I asked for an order number so that I could register the new unit. 5/27/2021: Emily sent the order number and said she would help if it didn't work on the registration website. 5/28/2021: I registered the new one without a problem. I powered up the new unit and it is running perfectly. And... I'm doing the review which I will be sending to Emily (per her request for a screenshot). Overall, the product worked as expected - other than not working after 12 months. And, although a bit of hassle, I did get a replacement under the warranty - no cost to me. I am pleased with the end result of a working dehumidifier.

The media could not be loaded. I noticed that my home when not running the AC has I higher humidity level being that I live in Florida I was concerned about mold. I have an older dehumidifier but it's very loud only has one speed and is very bulky taking up too much room and when it turns on the lights dim telling me that it's a pig on electricy. I order this Yaufey and I've been using it for a few days now and we are delighted.The unit has multiple settings for the fan speed and modes like for using it in a basement or living area we have it on sleeping area and it lowered the humidity in our master bedroom the bathroom dressing area the bedroom next to ours and it's on low.This unit is super quiet and doesn't bother us while sleeping.The video shows the sound right next to the unit which is at the bottom of our bed.The unit keeps the air moving and also acts like a night light when getting up during the night.The cord is plenty long enough to be used in other areas where your outlet isn't right next to it. The water reservoir is a very comfortable size and is equipped with a handle making it easy to control when emptying. We are so impressed with this so far that we already ordered and received a second unit for another part of our home today and can't wait to try it but we are waiting the 24 hrs so that the refrigerant oil can settle from shipping as we did with the first unit.Very Important! For a long service life.Be patient I would definitely recommend and another plus if you register your unit they give you an extra year warranty. At the price point the functionality and the two year warranty wow! I read a lot of reviews and what I read about this company's customer service is far superior to others that have purchased at big box stores that have you go back to the manufacturer and to get a run a round and have you jump through hoops.Try one they offer a good return policy so if you don't like it send it back I don't think you can go wrong

The media could not be loaded. This is a great dehumidifier. It’s very sturdy, easy to use and holds a lot of water. The water bucket has a convenient handle for when removing and dumping. It beeps & shuts off when it’s time to empty the water bucket. It beeps when the air filter needs to be cleaned. It’s sleek and modern which works well in our home. Since electricity rates are on the rise, I like that it automatically shuts down when the desired humidity level has been reached. When the motor starts back up it’s fairly quiet. I usually run it after showers or during high humidity levels. It’s great at drowning out apartment life noise without being loud & obnoxious. t’s been a great purchase-meets all of my needs.
