It also features automatic brightness adjustment based on ambient light. The clock is factory-calibrated to provide accurate timekeeping. However, accuracy may vary slightly depending on conditions such as temperature. At this moment, the minutes will begin counting from zero seconds.Auxiliary Functions Setup ProcedurePress and hold the top button until the device switches to the setup menu, then release the button.Select the desired parameter using the top (+) and middle (-) buttons.To change the selected parameter, press the bottom button.Adjust the value using the top (+) and middle (-) buttons.Press the bottom button again to return to the setup menu.Press and hold the top button until the device returns to normal mode.Brightness AdjustmentThe clock has 5 brightness levels for the display. You can either set the brightness manually or let the clock adjust it automatically based on the surrounding light.Manual mode (P2 = 1–5): Choose a fixed brightness level, where 1 is the dimmest and 5 is the brightest.Automatic mode (P2 = A): The clock will change brightness on its own depending on room lighting.In automatic mode, the clock measures the light level (parameter PD) and compares it with threshold values you set in parameters P9, PA, PB, and PC:During bright daylight, PD will be high (above P9), and the display will switch to level 5 (maximum brightness).As the room gets darker, PD will drop below P9, and the brightness will step down to level 4.If it gets even darker and PD falls below PA, brightness will change to level 3.At night, when PD is near zero and below PC, brightness will switch to level 1 (minimum).When the light level increases again (night → morning → day), the display brightness will automatically step back up in the same way.
