Listen, if you like a soft fluffy melting bed, this ain’t it. HOWEVER…I added a 2inch memory foam pad, and a pillow topper spending a total with bed included less than 400$ and my bed feels like heaven. So three stars because I was hopeful but still had to put some touches to get her just right.. love her
