I installed this on a tree in our yard, hoping it'd be physically challenging entertainment for my kids. Set up was simple, just needed a tree strap and clipped it on. It is certainly a challenge to hang over and over again, so a good workout. It does not spin as quick or fast as I expected. Giving a little leap for momentum we usually only spin for 15 seconds before it stops. It's strong and good quality as it supports adults and kids. I wish the rope could come off entirely. We have a gymnastics bar i can hang this from but the rope is too long. The twister would work fine on any hook but the rope is in the way. If thebrope could be detachable, I would need to rig it up in a knot. Otherwise, we love and it's great. Kids love it.

this piece of equipment is a great idea but it is not very comfortable for hanging on to. Some kind of soft grippy (it is slippery) material should be added to the area that kids hold on to.
