However, there was a screw stuck in the handle, and once it fell out, it continued to fall out and could no longer be used.     • For light weight items only
It's good for light items or stirring scrambled eggs in the pan while cooking but it's too flexible and bendy for example picking up a fried chicken breast. Silicone resists heat so can be used with hot items.

The grip on these is a bit unsteady due to the flexible material. Otherwise, it works well and does seem to resist heat.

    • Great for enameled cast iron
These are so easy to clean and I love that they don’t scratch my enameled cast iron. The slim shape makes it nice to use when I need to flip or move small pieces of food.
