The shipment came on two deliveries by UPS; the large one in the morning and the small one later that evening. The boxes were very sturdy and were taped closed. They were well insulated with styrofoam to prevent transit damage. The parts were all labeled with easy to read numbers. The instructions had all parts listed, but my first negative observation was that the instruction manual did not tell you what tools were needed for the assembly or how much torque to use when tightening the different types of hardware. I laid everything out and started to work. I am a 60 year old woman. I built it all by myself. I left the doors and drawers off until I moved it to my bedroom to the place I wanted it, then put on the doors and secured the back panels, then installed the drawers. It took me about 4 hours and it looks absolutely beautiful with my other furniture. This was one of the easiest and best quality assembled furniture pieces I've ever made. I wish I would have made a video. There are a couple of mistakes in the instructions and I would be happy to feed back the redlines to the company for revision to this document. Barbie

I reached out to the seller about tracking numbers and they responded very quickly. The item arrived on time. It definitely is a two person job to put it together but my husband and I had no trouble. It seems like very good quality and looks great in my bedroom.

Best to do it with three people, one reads and two assemble. But it is possible to do by yourself. Had a few scratches on the pieces before opening nothing huge. And it hold our 50 inch well with space on the sides for decor.

Such a gorgeous entertainment center. The pull out drawers are as smooth as butter. It took my boyfriend probably 2 hours to put this together, but it was so worth it! This thing is HEAVY and sits perfectly under our 65” tv. May eventually switch out the hardware but that should be very easy to do. The electrical outputs on top will be useful when we hook up the Switch to play games. The cabinets fit our PlayStation and Xbox perfectly and there’s plenty of room left below them for games, remotes, etc.. I would say my only complaint is that the left door stands open a little further than the one on the right even when closed. I would suggest adding some magnets so there’s a better seal.
