It’s a lot smaller than I thought, but really that’s my fault for not reading the dimensions. Other than it being a bit smaller than our old table, it was pretty easy to assemble, it looks really great in our living room, and it helped us declutter the coffee table with the convenient storage. When you lift the top it becomes a handy table for eating or using your laptop. One downside is they put a sticker on the outside of one of the pieces and it clearly left residue that is visible on the outside of the table. I think we will be able to get it off though. It looks cute and hides my husbands junk!! The table top was a pain to put on. Save some aggravation and put the hinges on the dividers before you assemble the table. 16 little screws to put in sideways later- sucked. A board was less than perfect and no phone number to call. Most of the screw wells great-only 2 slightly off but able to get in. Much easier than some other pieces I’ve put together! ... show more

The directions didn’t have details in written text, only pictures and verbiage to identify the part number you’re working with. Does not show front sides, back sides. I had to take some apart and redo it. It kind of was a guessing game. Directions were the worst. Product is awesome

Good coffee table for the price. Convenient bottom shelf and the hidden storage is much more spacious than I thought. We can keep a decent sized fuzzy blanket and it still closes just fine. Assembly was a little frustrating when we were attaching the metal frame to the wood as the screw holes didn't line up perfectly. We had to untighten a few screws to adjust the frame. Overall it assembled in about an hour and a half with two people. Tools were included but we ended up using our electric screw driver to speed it up. The lift top is very sturdy and can hold a good amount of weight. We have it lift up towards the couch to use as a table. It's great for laptops or if you're eating in front of the TV. Definitely a great purchase and it looks nice too. Would recommend for a smaller living room for sure. ... show more

Table was easy to assemble. It is very well built, very strong, nice finish, nice 'rustic finish', stores a lot of things under the top table. I'm very happy with it. :-)

This was better than expected, also got the matching side tables. Even with the top raised up, I can sit a PC monitor on top and it holds its positon. Works definitely purchase again.
