This is really cute! Easy assembly once we figured out screw "J" was if you wanted to secure to a wall for extra stability. Directions are a bit weird on pictured diagram on where "J" goes but if you flip a couple pages in instruction book it tells you, so mystery solved lol! Came packaged SUPER secure! No way it was gonna break during transit. And delivery was extremely fast. Next day and LESS than 24 hours even. ONLY true complaint (and I knew before purchasing) is the ginormous amount of ring storage. I used like 5 of the 90 spaces lol. So it has a bit of wasted space, but I'm gonna shove some more earrings there. I notice a lot of these have extra ring storage so it's not just this company. I would suggest this item to friends though. It's nice

This mirror is built with great quality materials and is very pretty. It was easy to assemble and use. I love how it looks and that it has a locking option so no kiddy hands grab anything. The way it organizes my jewelry is great as well.

I am very happy with this product! I had been looking for something like this for years! In many ways it met or exceeded expectations, however it also fell short in some areas. 1 - This product arrived super fast and ahead of schedule, which made me so happy! 2 - Customer service is mediocre. I don't like companies you cannot call directly! This is not a huge company, so I am sure they can stand to get a few calls, but they don't provide a number. They are available via email and will answer within 24 hours...still, I prefer phone contact. When they did answer, they did the typical scan through email and they did not address all the issues. That is probably because they did not take the time to read my message. So I had to waste my time again and send a second email. 3 - ASSEMBLY was very easy! The problem was the instructions lacked attention to detail and were missing steps and parts. When you take shortcuts in basic/easy instructions, are you taking shortcuts when building product? The instructions were missing the step that states were to insert 2 dowels. Completely missed this step. Because it is so basic, I figured it out, but I had to disassemble to go back a step. There is no excuse for this. Tools were also missing WASHERS needed to place between rail and Jewelry box. In the tool kit, there is a spot where the WASHERS should go, but it was empty. Another example of the lack of attention with the makers of this product. The WASHERS are essential and I asked for the part. I am waiting to see if they comply. I paid over $130 for this product and expect to get a full working product, including tools. Too bad they fell short in the simple task of including all required tools and writing proper instructions, because it could have been an almost perfect review. It is also good that the assembly is so easy, which I appreciate, because the instructions were a little confusing to read. They could have been written better. Besides waiting on WASHERS to arrive my product is assembled and my Jewelry is finally well organized...mostly. So everyone has different needs and wants and following are a few improvements I would make to this product: - The ring section could have been shortened to add more bracelet hangers. The right side has too many shelves that have no use. The earing section is too big also. Taking some away could add additional bracelet hangers. They ONLY put two bracelet hangers! They could fit a few in there, and take away too much space wasted on rings and shelving on the right side. - The necklace hangers at the bottom is not a strategic placement, as the longer chains hang too low to the bottom and fall outside the product. - Probably my biggest disappointment: NOT ENOUGH NECKLACE HOOKS! This makes me a little sad, as I had to double stack a few of my necklaces and it does not look neat or organized. Again, too much wasted space on the right side, where you could have added two or three bracelet holders and a lot more necklace hooks. Don't let the 'needs improvement' feedback deter you. Overall I LOVE this product. With a few minor improvements above, this could almost be a perfect Jewelry case!

This is an excellent mirror cabinet for your jewelry. It was packed in styrofoam and the mirror didn’t have a sticky film on it like others did. It has a bar on the bottom that stops it from tilting. Love it

The media could not be loaded. This cabinet was nicely packaged and didn’t have any cracked, scratched, or broken pieces. It was fast and easy to assemble. My niece is thrilled with the storage and the full length mirror. My sister might get one now! There is a ton of space inside for jewelry and even a shelf tall enough for some lotions, body spray, or perfume. The cabinet locks, too. My only concern was the door hinges. I made sure to tell my niece not to use too much force when opening the door because I didn’t want her to bend or break the hinges by hyper-extending them. I would recommend this cabinet!
