I like the affordable price, the look, that is has a drop leaf. The wood on top is super flawless and smooth. I didn't like that it was so many pieces to put together(2 large boxes worth). I'd pay $30 more if it was assembled. And I would've given 5 stars if it was even (partially) assembled! I bought it knowing it wasnt, but thankfully my husband tackled most of it. Other issue is the wheels "lock" but it still moves around, so buying an area rug for under it. Overall it really improves my kitchen's look, I have a small kitchen! Will like the extra storage space for sure. ... show more

This bar came in 2 boxes. It seems like 1000 pcs. The instructions are easy to follow. It does take 2 people. Very sturdy. I recommend!

My wife has been going on and on about wanting to do a kitchen remodel and the need of more space. We recently got new flooring and remodeled 3 bathrooms.... I was not to thrilled with the idea of another project. I was casually looking on the internet and saw portable kitchen islands which sparked the discussion. I looked a reviews of each product and found this Kitchen island... it was perfect. + Portable - On wheels so we are able to move or slide out of the way easily. + folding leaf - The kitchen can get a little cramped being a family of 4 with 2 dogs... I like being able to fold and save space when needed. + Beautiful and sturdy My only complaint was that it needed assembled...was really easy for my wife and I do to. Took us 3 1/2 hours to build... we are not pros with those kinda things. ... show more

Do NOT buy this. Not only does it look incredibly cheap but it has a toxic chemical smell to it (it literally comes with a formaldehyde warning sticker on it...). The black "wood" looks like plastic and it has a shiny glass to it. After 3 hours of assembly we realized one of the main vertical holds is cracked. The material is cheap, it is not sturdy, and I don't feel safe using it given the toxic chemicals. I have no idea how I will process a return for this since we finished assembling it only to find out the piece is broken. There are so many options for kitchen island so look elsewhere! I'm very happy with this purchase. I was worried about buying a kitchen island without seeing it in person, and was concerned it would be flimsy for the low price. Not to worry, this is much nicer than I was expecting and looks great. It was packed very carefully and not a scratch on it. I did not put the rollers on the bottom to make it look more like a permanent part of the kitchen and am glad I didn't. The instructions were very clear to be able to put it together, it just took time as I didn't want to mess anything up. Everything lined up perfectly, and they provided extra screws for assembly too. The next day I put together another item I ordered from Amazon from a different maker. Wow, day and night, I really struggled to assemble this piece, there were gaps and I had to use some of the extra screws that came with the Yaheetech kitchen island as I stripped out some of the screws trying to get them in. I'm sold on Yaheetch and am ordering a couple more items I've been debating getting. Thank you for the great kitchen island for an affordable price. ... show more
