The media could not be loaded. This is a great little cart. Very sturdy with decent storage for the size. There are 19 pages of steps involved, so if you can assemble it in the hour it mentions it should take, kudos to you. I’m not a particularly experienced or skilled builder so it took me an entire afternoon, mostly alone except for asking someone to briefly hold a piece in a certain position a couple of times. But most importantly, after having the majority of the cart assembled, I was horrified that the wheels did not seem to click into place and just kept falling out. That would render the cart essentially useless and, coming here to read other reviews and Q&As, I found other people saying this rendered the cart essentially useless for them as well. I was losing hope that this was a fixable problem. I reached out to my sister-in-law, a very good builder, with photos, and she suggested that I should be able to hammer the wheels at the metal underside with the design and they would likely pop in and stay in. She was right and here’s a video of me doing just that. (You’ll notice there’s also a tiny crack near the area, which may be from my frustration/overenthusiasm with the hammer or a previous attempt to get the wheels in; you can probably tap on this a little more lightly with your hammer or mallet.) All of the other instructions are extremely detailed and easy to follow, so the wheel instructions having no further direction beyond popping the wheels in was surprising and frustrating. This was fairly easy to put together-I did it by myself. The instructions are pretty clear. The drawers are nice size and function well. It’s a nice size and I love the color!

Beautiful blue color and white top. Easy to put together but the drawers are not well constructed. The screws they provide don't fit so you have to improvise a bit. They don't glide in and out as they should. Kind of disappointed. Aesthetically, it's amazing. Functionality, not so much.

This cart is aesthetically pleasing and a great compact size, but not functional. I am experienced assembling furniture but this piece took me 3 hours to assemble because there are so many steps and a lot of the pre-drilled holes weren’t fully formed (had to hammer them open). The wheels don’t click into the furniture legs so they fall off. Finally the drawers are a nightmare. They don’t align nicely and get stuck when you pull them open. This is the second cart I purchased with the first one being used as an accessory cart for my outdoor grill. This one I'll be using indoors in the kitchen. As the first one, this one assembled easily just as long as I followed the well explained and illustrated instructions. The only "nit" is the finish on the top is kind of raw. Running the palm of my hand over the surface I can feel a rough texture and it appears not enough varnish/shellac/etc. was applied. However, it's nothing I can't live with. I made mine into a tea cart. I have my tea pot on the top the shelf holds all my teas. I like the drawer I keep stuff in it like cloth napkins and other things. It honestly looks better and more sturdy than I thought it was going to be it defently exceeded my expectations.

Overall I think it will work for my purposes. There are a few things I wish I would have known before deciding though. First, I took an hour to put together and as long as you match the pictures to the orientation of the board you'll do fine with the directions. Second, the top shelf bottom and the drawer bottoms are not wood or even practical board. They are that flimsy backing material that's only a couple mm thick. This part in disappointed about. Third, the drawers for and work but are in slots not on roller tracks so they're not great but will work. They are also only half size on the sides so you can't put too much in them. Fourth, the wheels just "fit in" the bottom so if you need to lift it slightly over a ledge or move it wrong the wheels fall out. I wish they were locked in place not just have the whole thing resting gently on these wheels. Overall, I'm happy with the price point (got mine on a super sale) and don't think anyone should pay too much for this unit as it is not spectacular. It will work for my laundry room for my purpose where it won't move much or very often, but I would never use this in a kitchen. It's just not sturdy enough to be in a kitchen used and moved daily. ... show more
