I was fooled, all parts and pieces were well protected in Styrofoam so there was no damage done. Took about 2.5 hours to put together. I love the color and I love how my 65' tv fits on this stand. Easy directions! It took me an my son 2 hrs to put together but some of the screws weren't cut right which made it difficult to screw them into the holes. Some holes we had to force the screws thru. The very last step to apply the back piece where the cords go through the holes...there weren't any holes to screw them into the base. I made sure I back tracked an we assembled everything correctly, they just forgot the holes. No biggie I taped them on. I'm not sending it back after all this hardwork. It’s gorgeous, exactly as pictured. I have a smaller apartment and this fits perfectly in my living room. I took my time and spent approximately 3.5 hours to assemble with a single Phillips head screwdriver and nothing else. The instruction manual was straightforward, clear, and easy for me to follow. Each page provides instructions to build each part of the stand in order. The only area to pay extra attention to is building the shelves as I accidentally built the right side shelf upside down but it doesn’t affect anything at all and it isn’t visible with the doors closed. Thankfully the item was delivered in perfect condition and I did not have any issues with missing pieces or damages. It comes with all the necessary screws, hinges, magnets, and securing pieces in the box. It is very sturdy and looks more expensive than what it was. I enjoyed the challenge of building this myself and absolutely love how it looks. ... show more
