The stools and beautiful, they are not the most comfortable and not for larger people. They look good and work in my room. My issue is with the company. The stools have two base rings for the seat part. both were shipped broken, they are just cheap plastic. I have been told to wait they are shipping out new ones for two weeks and the tracking number shows all that was done was to create a label. I am going with con on this until I receive results. I love these bar stools! Once I finally got them delivered. That was a bit of a hassle with UPS (they said they delivered but they did not) but the company jumped on it immediately and shipped the replacements quickly. So they’re customer service is even better! I’ll definitely buy here again!

I purchased 2 separate white sets for my new home. They stayed in their box until I moved. I recently put them together and one chair will not properly move up and down. When you try to get it to work properly, it just detaches from the bottom piece. I have messaged the seller and they responded to me once. I let them know that their response was not really helpful because I already followed all of the instructions. Now they refuse to respond. I also messaged them per the email posted on the manufacturers website which claims that a response will be provided within 24 hours. Safe to say it’s been several weeks later and no response at all.
