It’s nice to be able to have weights up that high without spending $1/lb on cast iron dumbbells buying 3-4 sets for me and my wife to use. The ease of use is great for anyone, just twist the handle and pickup the weight from the bracket. The grip is not so aggressive that it hurts your hand after a few reps. I like these weights, they’ll make a great addition to your home gym
