The instructions were image based, clear, and easy to follow. The hardest part was attaching the scratching board bc of the angle, but everything overall took me about an hour to put together. The picture accurately demonstrates the size of it. Its a perfect height for my basement apartment Its so cute and my girl loves it. My cat was excited and rubbing on everything as I assembled it. Shes usually afraid of little condos for some reason but she likes this one! She is about 11.5lbs and it holds her well. My sisters cats weigh more (15-17lbs) and the main platforms hold them well, but im unsure about the top bed and hammocks. Although it does feel sturdy, Im unsure if itll hold all 3 of them. The smaller side hammock is definitely small. It fits my cat perfectly but it will not fit a larger cat. I dont use the wall strap attachment bc my walls are thin and weak but I assume it would work well. I use 2 25lbs weights to hold it down and that does the job just fine! ... show more

Took a while to get it but was easy to assemble. The size of the base makes it stable which is why I chose this one over others. Price was best I could find for size and quality. My kitty loves the lower 2 levels and has not yet tried the top level or the basket on side of level 2. We have had over a week and he just is using the house on level 2. He loves to be under the hammock but I have not seen him in it yet. I think with time he will use more of it. I hung extra toys from edges and he loves batting those. He immediately took to the scratch pad which made me happy. I can see there will be a day when that needs replaced but that is far off. ... show more

This was as expected -- nice beige color, not too yellowy or tan, large, many fun places for resident cat and new kitten to play. I currently have cat climber next to one mounted on the wall, so they can travel even a bit higher. I also have the wall secure-thing tied to wall so it can't completely fall over. Pretty sturdy without, too. Love when kitties snooze on beds or platforms. Assembly was typical of these sorts of climbers, although, I think I flipped the legs at one point and had to undo, which was no problem. Kitten loves vertical climbing to top and it's impressive! (Glad it's not my curtains ;)) Arrived in big box with nothing damaged. Had that new smell, but not horrible like some can be, went away pretty quickly. I had purchased a much smaller Yaheetech cat tree ages ago and my two cats barely played on it - mostly slept on the top part - but this one is EXCELLENT. They both play, chase, "converse", and enjoy the entire tree! Neither of them really knows how to meow, but the younger guy constantly 'talks' when he's playing on the cat tree. The older girl just lays on the top level like some cat queen, teasing him by batting the hanging pompom every now and then. It's attractive - a good thing since it sits in the middle of my living room, the dark gray is a great color to hide future fur and splotches, it's good quality and very sturdy, and all the parts arrived so nothing was missing. Putting it together was a little tricky but one person can do it within about an hour and a half or less. Best cat toy I've bought in a long time, highly recommend for anyone whose cats are bored or just laze around. Mine are getting some great exercise with this! ... show more
