The cat condo is as pictured and as described. Made very well, great quality and soft. Delivered quickly, easy to put together, everything is labeled with good instructions. Right after I put it together my two cats jumped and climbed on up. They stated on it for hours.... I have a 4 year old domestic short hair (17pds) and 4 mo Siamese. They are both climbing to the top, very sturdy. Definitely recommend. We all love it. The following day I realized one side of the perch wasn’t sewn. My kitten was laying on the perch with the filling spilling out. I contacted the seller, advised them of my issue and sent pictures. Within the week a had a replacement perch at my door. Even though that one mishap I was happy with the way it was handled and keeping a 5 star rating on this purchase. I do recommend the product and it is truly backed by the company.

My bf and I recently adopted THREE kittens so we were looking for something large but simple enough for our apartment. I came across this cat tree and knew the diversity would be perfect! The delivery was fast of course, but while we were building it we noticed the #8 poles would not screw in tightly. In fact, every time we screwed them in, the screw inside would fall out and the plastic around it would be completely destroyed making it physically impossible to be put on securely. I emailed customer service and they were quick to send me more poles (and anything else I needed) Unfortunately, the new poles they sent did the same exact thing! At this point, I was very frustrated but willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I emailed again. This time they sent me a brand new cat tree (with no need to return the other) and this one built together like a dream! Now that I have the actual functional cat tree, it is absolutely amazing and worth the price!!!! The overall tree is extremely sturdy, the beds are big AND soft, and it is easy to vacuum! My 3 cats are just as obsessed and all take turns on different areas of the tree. CUSTOMER SERVICE saved this experience for me and I’d recommend them again and again, they will do anything to make sure you are satisfied!!!! :-)

Unboxing was simple, all the parts were there but the little silica packets had both broken and we had to hunt down a bunch of the beads before the cat did. Assembly was easy and relatively fast, everything fit together and tightened down perfectly. One of the toys did not have a bell in it, so I just added a toy from his last tree. Fully assembled we noted that it was solid, with very little swayability. My cat moved himself into the cave as soon as it was put together and observed us as we assembled the rest. When we introduced him to the rest of it his hammock was the favorite and it took a few t treats and catnip to get him to the higher levels. He is a large cat, as the pictures show, and each area fit him perfectly. He is now one happy feline. Thank you, Yaheetech!

This was easy to assemble and the material is really soft. Overall this is a great product at a great price. I read a negative review about the screws pulling out so here's a tip when you assemble it: There are some screws that are threaded on both sides so when you're screwing on the final piece, make sure you hold the screw to get some decent threads on it. That person probably didn't and that's why it came apart. Also to the person who left one star because the name rope started coming apart. You knew that it wasn't burned or held together on the bottom so it's pretty obvious that it's going to eventually come apart if cats are swatting at. I would imagine this would only add to the cats enjoyment. No reason to make such a fuss over it. Anyway, I think this thing is great and I would definitely recommend buying it.

I have 3 if these units in my Sanctuary. They love this model. The hammock is nice and big and sturdy. They play and they sleep and they run all over them! Good build so far and the carpet has hung in there too. The first one I bought was almost a year ago and it looks the same as it did when I bought it, (add cat hair lol) minus one thing. The middle cubby material that is wrapped around it thins out quickly. I am going to have to makeshift something for it when it gives. When the kitties lay inside they stretch out that material and it is kind of falling off the cubby box now. Other than that I will always give a thumbs up for this item, if it can last in my house it is pretty good lol.

I was hesitant to buy this at first. I live in a small apartment. I thought it would take up to much space but I was wrong. It’s the perfect size. My cat loves it. The instruction are very clear and each part is labeled. It only took me about 20 minutes to assemble. My cat was leery at first of it. For the first few days she wouldn’t hop on it or go near it. I had to keep picking her up and putting her on it. My cat loves it now. I guess it just took some getting use to. The material is nice and soft. I highly recommend this product for the fur babies! Your cat/cats will love it!! The condo is also very sturdy. You don’t have to worry about it falling or tipping over. It does come with a part that you can screw into the wall if you are afraid that your cats will knock it over. I threw the part out because you do not need it.
