I was a little concerned because of the difference in price between this one and a LOT of other, similar cases. I am thoroughly happy with the purchase. It is hard plastic, and it feels very sturdy when put together, like there's no looseness between the boxes, and everything fits tightly. The wheels click in really easily but feel substantial. So far, they are smooth to pull and steer. The boxes themselves are great. The only, ONLY, suggestion I might make is to add something to hold the compartmented box in the large, bottom box, or to be able to fit it into the bottom of the train case portion to make more room, since it is removable. I feel like that could add some more functionality to it. But again, that is a nit-picky observation, and doesn't really affect how pleased I am with this case. Overall, there isn't really any negative. It looks smart and professional, and I can easily move things around to make it a solid airplane carry-on, should a need arise (it's a smidge tall, but taking out one of the smaller boxes will make it fit, if memory serves me well). So, if you're in the market, don't be afraid to try this "cheap" alternative to a pro makeup case. You won't be disappointed, and that extra $100-120 can buy you a couple extra eye palettes to play with. ... show more

I gave my granddaughter a strange but very useful gift for her high school graduation: everything you would want in your house, for the dorm room. Tons of items, from paperclips and safety pens, to sewing kit to first aid kit, small tools, a bag of bags (ZipLoc, paper, trash bags...)--overall, dozens of items that take me months to put together. But her dorm room is very small, and I wasn't sure where she'd put everything. It was sheer luck I saw this wonderful train case, and all but the largest items got crammed into it. She loved it! She loved that it was on wheels, she loved it's sturdiness, she loved that it could be taken apart and the parts stored in small spaces (under her bed, in the closet...) in her tiny room, but put back together for transport back home. If you are an Esthetician student or Cosmology student this will fit everything! I was able to fit 12 rolled up facial towels and 6 twin sheets plus a small throw in the bottom compartment. Only issue is the clips will sometimes unclip so locking them with the tiny key is kinda necessary which is annoying. But legit fits everything! ... show more

Pros- Strong, good quality Satin type fabric lining Dividers in one of the compartments Really easy to attatch/remove wheels Sturdy top handle Cons- Smaller than I expected but still good The pull up handle is a bit difficult to use and honestly pointless since I use the top handle to move the case around anyway In order to access any of the bottom compartments you obviously have to remove the ones above it. I didn't really think about that when purchasing so when I'm using the case I have to deconstruct the entire thing to set up so it's not the best space saver ... show more

I’ve been ordering hundreds of products from Amazon for two decades and this has to be in my top 10 purchases. First off I’m a neat freak so anything that helps me organize things I love, but this little thing here is an organizers dream. I loved it so much that I purchased a second one for my hair products, while the first one is for makeup, skin and nail products. These two will be like my spa on wheels. Sometimes I don’t feel like standing in the bathroom to do my routines so having these mobile storages allows me to be in the living room, bedroom or bathroom whenever I want to do anything with my face or hair. Plus it frees up more storage in the bathroom cabinet drawers for personal hygiene stuff and toiletries. I ordered both in black to keep down the appearance of wear and tear from usage and product spillage. Plus the black looks sleek enough to sit in a corner if you don’t have the closet space to store it away. The other colors would have been too loud for my decor. Now I will say that I do NOT think these are sturdy enough for airport travel (they aren’t tough like hard case luggage), but if you are putting them in your vehicle, they are more than fine. Also, the long handle on the back doesn’t come all the way up past the top case - you know like the picture or like regular luggage so you can pull and maneuver the entire unit as you walk. I thought maybe it was because I wasn’t doing it right but it seems to be a design flaw. However, I can still roll the case around my home using the handle that’s attached on the top of the top case. The wheels are pretty sturdy and neat design that allows you to attach pretty easily. So it rolls just fine. ... show more

First...Great service...FAST delivery. I am organizing my craft projects. I know...this is not what what it is intended for but I found it very useful. I create jewelry and not much space to spread things out. With this system I can load the tools in the top and use the divided and open shelves for my different style beads and findings. The bottom holds anything large like trays to design..and other large tools. It is just perfect! I have ordered one for my artisan incense supplies which will be helpful if I travel to give a class (everything in one spot) and another for all my basic craft creations that are fiber, wire, paint and other crafty things. When I need to use them I wheel them up to the table and just break them down and put each section on the table and when I am done it all goes back neatly in the boxes.
