I recently tried the YADIFEN Waist Trainer for Women, and here’s my honest take on it. **Design and Material** The first thing I noticed was the high-quality neoprene material. It’s flexible and feels durable. The inside layer is surprisingly soft, making it comfortable to wear for longer periods. The zipper closure is a game-changer for me—so much easier than fiddling with hooks. **Fit and Comfort** I was impressed by how well it fit. I did make sure to measure myself carefully using the size chart, which I’d recommend because the sizing can be a bit tricky. I HAD BOUGHT A SWEAT VEST TO USE DURING EXERCISE AND FOUND THAT IT HELPED RELIEVE BACK PAIN AND MY POSTURE. SO I BOUGHT THIS ONE, IT BEING MORE ADJUSTABLE AND EASIER TO WEAR UNDER CLOTHING. I ACTUALLY LIKE IT ALOT WHICH IS PRETTY ASTOUNDING SINCE I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY USE FOR SHAPEWEAR, WAIST CINCHING AND SUCH. I DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT THE SHAPING PROPERTIES OF THE THING, BUT IT HELPS ME TO WITH MY POSTURE, WHICH HAS ALWAYS BEEN NOT SO GOOD AND IT RELIEVES LUMBAR PAIN FROM AN OLD BACK INJURY. IT HAS NOT CAUSED ANY WEIGHT LOSS, WHICH IS OK, IT MIGHT BE MAKING MY WAIST A BIT SMALLER, THANKS TO IT SQUICHING MY INTERNAL ORGANS TOGETHER. THE EFFECT HOLDS EVEN WHEN NOT WEARING IT TO SOME EXTENT.. I'M A SIZE 10 OR 8 IN PANTS, BRA SIZE 38 OR 36B DEPENDING ON CLOTHING BRAND. I TOOK A SIZE L IN THIS AND I'M ON THE SECOND HOOK AND EYE LINE ON NOW, AGAIN I WON'T VOUCH WHETHER THIS IS BECAUSE I'M GETTING SMALLER OR THE GARMENT IS STRETCHING. ALL I KNOW IS THAT IT HELPS MY POSTURE AND BACK AND FEELS KIND OF NICE - THIS MUST BE WHAT A DOG IN A THUNDER VEST FEELS LIKE. THE SHOULDER STRAPS ARE ADJUSTABLE AND I HAVE THEM ON THE LONGEST SETTING. IT ISN'T EASY TO DON, YES THIS IS A GARMENT YOU "DON". I'VE FOUND THAT IT'S EASIER IF YOU HOLD THE HOOK STILL AND PULL THE EYE TO IT INSTEAD OF THE OTHER WAY. IT'S NOT SOMETHING YOU'RE GOING TO WANT TO PUT ON IN A HURRY THAT'S FOR SURE. ANYWAY, I'M QUITE HAPPY WITH IT FOR WHAT IT DOES, CLEARLY I NEED TO BE MORE OPEN MINDED ABOUT POSTURE CORRECTING GARMENT IN FUTURE.
