I got these markers and they are great ! They right smoothly and have many different colors for detail, etc. One thing i wish was a little better is the quality. They sometimes dry out and the marker is very fragile. 9\10

The colors lay down nicely. I haven't used them to color however, I only did swatches of them. They weren't in order when I opened them, so I put them in order after doing the swatches. There is a black line under the cap on the side with the bullet nib, which means you can tell what side you want to use when you don't see the front side of the barrel. The caps are VERY hard to open, but should get easier with time. This is probably a good thing, it means they won't dry up as fast. But if you purchase them for someone younger or someone with issues with strength in their hands, make sure there is someone that can help them if needed. I have used copics in the past. They are way overpriced, this is basically the same thing except copics have a brush nib which I prefer. But copics can be around $8 per marker! I got these for $15. That's cheaper than two copic markers! If you need the brush nib, you should probably get ohuhu markers (the alcohol based ones, not water based!) They are more expensive and I haven't used them, but a lot of artists love them! I will try to add a picture of a drawing that I do with these. I purchased them for use with coloring books but it is important to see how they color actual drawings I think. As with all alcohol markers, they bleed a lot, so either use marker paper or put a sheet or 2 of paper under what you are coloring. A note for parents: If your teen is asking for markers to color their artwork, please please PLEASE get them alcohol based markers! They dry faster and aren't streaky like water based markers. Water based markers also tend to tear up paper and they don't blend well. They will ruin your artwork! Alcohol markers are more expensive but they are totally worth it! I would only get water based markers for small children.

Pros: love the amount of colors available for the price, the bag they come in is sturdy and a great way to keep them together, the organizers in the bag help keep the markers in place, vibrant color options, they blend well and are just beautiful! Cons: one of my plastic organizers came broken, so it doesn’t keep markers standing properly on one side. The lids are hard to get off, so you have to really give them a pull which leads to the next issue- the ink pools in the lids of these, so when you yank off the lid the ink will splatter out and on to your work. As I use them for casual coloring it’s not a huge deal, but I could see this being very disappointing to someone who has spent hours and hours on something. Overall, I recommend these!

Just know they BLEED through pages like crazyyyy Then colors are nice and vibrant and you can layer them buttt you have to work fast so the you don’t see the awkward lining

i havent had the chance to use these much other then some quick tests since they are a birthday gift... but i will say i am ordering a bit of a smaller set for myself! tried out a half dozen markers on my multimedia paper and didnt bleed through much at all and the colors were very bright and blended with the colorless blender well. im happy for the cheap price. i mean they are no copic marker and not refilable but i think a good substitute for the price!

I bought these markers after borrowing a set from a friend of mine to use in a coloring book. I like that the markers are dual-sided to allow fine-point details to be added as well as large, broad strokes of color. The markers bleed through the paper easily, and I highly recommend using a sheet of construction paper underneath the coloring page if using these markers for a single-sided coloring book. I don’t recommend them for double-sided coloring books, the color will bleed through and ruin the design on the backside. I really like the variety of colors that are available. There are warmer and cooler hues for a diverse color palette and it’s easy to achieve a darker color if necessary by adding more layers. If you want a nice set of markers for casual coloring, this is the set for you!

Was so excited to get these, but the more I used them, more disappointed I got. Many of the caps are hard to undo and snap back on. The colors on the caps don't match the actual color. The colors are not what they are called. For example, Salmon is a yellowish-greenish pink, the Mahogany is more of an olive color, pastel is more like florescent blue-green. Basically, you have to test them on a piece of scrap paper before using. No primary colors which is fine for my purposes, but I'm sure lot's of people would expect that. There are a variety of greys and olives, but I wish there were such colors as Sienna, Brick or Terra Cota, Plum and Mauve colors and more pastels. The saturation of ink varies greatly. Some apply as if they are dried out. Finally, some labels on the caps are illegible because it's rubbed of. Why not less stars then? For the price ($25 for 80 dbl. ended markers)! Now I wish I got the 120 colors for $26. set. BTW- the square shape of the markers are a good idea. Easier to put back in the box.. till it gets full. Come on Koma, you can do better.
