Not made well. The whole draw of this carrier is the bubble window, and it is not designed well. The retainer ring does not secure the window well. So, I do not trust it. And as I got it to take my dogs and cats with me on motorcycle rides it is not of use to me. Also, the zippers are cheap and hard to use, they also do not have any way to lock them so the pet cannot open it themselves (which my chihuahua has already done). As soon as the pet settles down in it the straps are comfortable, and it is not too bad to wear. My dogs and cats seem comfortable in it, and (depending on your animal's size) it has room for a small blanket for more comfort/warmth. Personally, I would not pick it again.

Our cat is pretty thick so I was worried about the size but it's perfect. He can lay down, turn around, and sit up very easily. I like the bubble window, he gets a better view than just straight in front of him. There are ventilation holes and mesh panels with roll up flaps on both sides, great air flow. There are pockets for treats, leashes, etc. The padding on the back and straps is very comfortable and you can adjust to the perfect position for whoever has on the pack. He loves to go out with us. This catpack has been put together very well with quality materials and is very durable.

Not the greatest carrier, but it works. It's a bit too much to lug around for too long, seems too bulky. Wasn't easy to zip up all the sides, and the black ring on the outer part of the "window" keeps falling off. Had to coax our dog inside with a few treats...took him awhile to finally relax and somewhat sit down! Quality is okay. Unfortunately, it's not something I'll be using often.

This is cute for what it’s worth. I mean, the quality is meh — I like how it was shipped efficiently. It was sent flat and didn’t require a box, but that’s how it’s put together and zipped up also. It was a pain to zip it up into the backpack form, so I’m afraid the zipper won’t hold up for much longer, but it’ll do for our kittens. I like how there’s a hole for them to peek out of, but I didn’t think it would be that small of a bubble window. It’s great because it is so light weight and there are air holes for them, and I do like the color.

As a new pet owner who recently adopted a kitten, the Pet Carrier Backpack has been a valuable and helpful purchase. While my kitten is too small to fully utilize the bubble window feature at the moment, I look forward to future travels where he can enjoy the unique experience it offers. One aspect I initially had reservations about was the size of the backpack. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it does indeed fit as promised. Despite its compact appearance, the backpack provides ample space for my kitten to feel comfortable and secure during our outings.

This car backpack has turned out to be useful for taking my daughter’s cat to the vet and on small trips around town. The backpack is very well-made with a sturdy, ventilated, hard shell that protects the cat and allow to cat to see outside. It also has a soft padded interior that provides cushioning and is spacious enough for a small cat or dog. Luckily the cat wasn’t claustrophobic or anxious inside the backpack. The sides and the front open wide and it has plenty of ventilation. It also has a safety leash inside that can be attached to the cat's collar or harness to prevent them from escaping. This bag has been great for walking around with our furry friend.
