All parts were exactly as shown, easy to use, economical to purchase. I had to pull a bearing that was initially warped from the differential in my vehicle. Using the reverse brake drum method did not work. I placed the chain around the output shaft on the left side assembly, three quick slams with the tool,and it broke free. The tube on the slide handle is hallow; I would have preferred solid steel, but for the price, and need, it worked perfectly. Heavy weight design, better than most I had to find and try to purchase. At the location nearest in town auto store similar weight and design was renting for 200.00, refunded when returned to store. Priced online for the same price one they were renting for that particular item. Went with XtremePower as it pulled the same weight and design.

I ordered this hoping the good reviews are legit. I'm a body tech and can use this tool daily. I hate being in debt to the tool trucks and a tool of this type is $300+ on any tool truck. I have had one off the tool truck but it got stolen years back. So I finally decided to buy one but was not going to get ripped off if I could get one for 60 bucks. So performance has been great. I've used it a handful of times and this thing has taken all the hardest pulls I'm capable of doing. I just used it on this frame rail to straighten a bit before replacing. This metal is hard, so this tool was gonna either break or bend the metal(slightly). It pulled it just fine. Definitely a good buy, if anyone is in the market for a tool like this. Welds have held up great. I'll edit review if anything changes.

Great value. The price and functionality cannot be beaten. Yes tool truck brands will have better welds, sturdier boxes, better hand grips, etc but they’re also 4x the price. This does the job. 4 stars cuz the welds could be better, and the storage case came cracked in places and missing a tab. And the chain is super weak too, i had to weld a broken link closed

Arrived in great condition, well packaged blow molded cased not damaged but I can see that happening easily with something that weighs this much. All parts were there satisfied with my purchase. It’s not a solid shaft as described but a heavy walled pipe. Attachments are heavy and given some common sense in use would not see them failing unless abused. Pick yourself up a half a dozen couplings like I did. I’m sure you have a welder if you bought something like this then have at’it. I’ve made adapters to fit other pulling attachments I have it’s really just a no-brainer. Heavy slide weight great for pulling or pushing. Only thing I did for pushing was tack a large washer to the coupling so the hand weight would have a flat nonmovable surface to strike against. Didn’t feel comfortable with hand weight striking against the thin locking nut. I’m sure after period of time some thing would give. This way with the washer tacked on the coupling that takes the abuse use your imagination.

Heavy enough hammer slide for DIY fixing dents. Plastic carry box is fine, was not damaged. Accessories are okay except the threads do not line up. Pretty darn irritating when you're working & the attachment pops off. Same problem other reviewers have complained about. Fix the quality control problem !
