Update 8/01-25: Hard Trifold Tonneau Xprite contacted me by email a few days after my complaint. They shipped the missing parts along with the parts need for the bed rails. That’s great customer service! The bed rail blocks work great. I highly recommend this tonneau cover and Xprite. Old comment: I ordered the hard trifold cover. My truck has bed tracks (inside bed rails). When I received the tonneau, the locking wing nuts were missing. I emailed Xprite and asked if they could send me the wing nuts and the bed track blocks. I sent them pictures of what I needed, from their instruction manual. I was later told that Xprite no longer has them in stock. They also told me they could send me a soft cover for free, which I didn't need, which is why I ordered the hard cover. I let them send it anyway, just hoping that maybe it would include the bed track blocks and wing nuts. When I received the soft cover, there wasn't enough wing nuts for the hard cover, and still no bed track blocks. I don't understand why they would advertise these if they don't have the parts for them. I don't really want to hassle with sending it back, so I'm buying the wing nuts myself, and I'll try to find something for my bed tracks to attach it to. The top of the truck bed could be damaged with the included clamps, which is why I need to the bed track blocks... I think Xprite did try to help by sending the soft cover for free, but I really needed the bed track blocks for the hard cover.

Easy to install. My 5 year old was able to decipher the instructions better than I could. IT IS NOT WATER PROOF. WATER RESISTANT is a bit generous to say as well. After a normal rain I could see droplets inside the bed, but I won't complain because of the price. I would def recommend buying some sealproof lining from AutoZone and using that vs the one they include. It has lost its adhesion after two weeks and now I'm sticking taking this off and reinstalling more seal tape. The most annoying thing that sometimes worried me is the fact that air is able to go under and cause the drapes to fly around. I placed more ties to make sure the cover doesn't just up and fly off. Overall it is what you paid for. But lacks in some departments.
