My niece has a beautiful 3 year old girl, so sweet. This way her mother and aunt can talk to her when they are away. They protect her like two mother hens but there is always danger. We are loving this watch as I am not ready for my daughter to have a phone yet. This allows her to communicate with us and for us to know where she is easily. The app is so easy to use and I love that I get messages whenever she interacts with someone (mainly her older sister). She feels more independent and we have the ability to control all her contacts, it works for everyone. We got the service that comes with the watch and it has been great and so cost effective. I received the watch, followed the steps to set up my account for my daughter, they took out my monthly subscription but watch is saying not activated. I emailed for help because there is NO customer service number and they told me to reinsert sim and reset watch. I did that several times. That was 4 days ago and I have sent 4 other emails asking for assistance and next steps with no reply!!! ... show more

The watch came and took a while to setup. I followed the directions that came with the product, YouTube videos, and online review, but still managed to setup the phone with the incorrect number. Customer service was pretty quick and very helpful!
