  • So cute!
Size: 11 Color: Dark Navy Blue
Okay, first of all, I just got these, and I ordered them on a fluke. I happen to love navy boots ... period. And I liked the design, but ... I usually have to wear a wide, because of bunions :-(. Also, I can wear shoes from a 10 wide, 11 med., to an 11 wide. It all depends. These are simply size 11 ... AND oh, so very comfortable! They are made well, as far as I can tell. And I can adjust the shoestrings to be loose/snug where I need them to be. Plenty of room width-wise and length-wise. - Reviews have noted that they run small, so I am sure I could not've been comfortable in a 10, but the 11 is perfect for me! - I plan on using these for hiking and in snow when that time arrives. Great support! - I loved 'em right out of the box and have worn them for over an hour without any discomfort at all. - Chalking this purchase up to "good clean living!" as my husband always says. :-) - THANKS, XPETI! - I am one happy customer! This is in addition to the above: I wore these boots for a week straight with NO problem! There was NO break-in time needed! Completely satisfied! A+! 5 stars! A real winner in my book! ... show more

  • Comfortable
Size: 7 Color: Black
I really like these boots! I find them comfortable for long periods of time, walking long distances and to work in. I am a ramp agent for an airline at DFW. I walk quite a distance just to get to my work area, and then depending on my job that day, I walk even more from gate to gate. I have flat feet so I definitely need a shoe with support, or my feet will start to hurt pretty quick. They have really good tread, so it will be great for when it rains. I haven’t really worn them in the rain yet so I can’t speak for the water resistance. They are not steel toe but they are still firm enough, that I feel they offer better protection than the sneakers I was wearing. I am a size 7 and I bought a 7 and they fit nicely. My only complaint is that they smell horrible. There is a strong odor of motor oil or something to that extent. I had to buy an odor eater spray for them to minimize the smell, which I was able to accomplish easily. ... show more

  • Great boots!
Size: 8.5 Color: Black
I bought these boots for work and so far they’re great! Super sturdy and great traction, they’re also pretty comfortable. They seem waterproof but I haven’t tested them yet. I’m usually a size 8 but I read reviews that said to go up half a size and I don’t regret it, I can wear thicker socks and still have a bit of room. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Size Up! But awesome boots!
Size: 8 Color: Grey
I really like these hiking boots. Great traction (important to me as other boots have been slippery on wet rocks and inclines on hikes). Great ankle support. Supposedly water resistant though I haven't stepped in any ponds or creeks yet. I have a very short wide foot. This boot has good room in the toe box even with socks. But - the sizing is crazy. I appreciated Amazon posting a warning to size up. My foot is actually a 5, but I wear women shoe size 6 1/2 if wearing socks. So I ordered a size 7. It was still way too small. I took a chance and just ordered an 8 - which fits great! Pretty insane. I recommend ordering 1 1/2 - 2 sizes larger than usual size. No problem at all returning original set and I thank both Amazon and the vendor for making that easy. I wish all Amazon vendors did the same. Wore my boots for a 3-mile hike right out of the box. Total comfort. No break in required at least for me. ... show more

  • Good shoes
Size: 7 Color: Grey
My wife tried them on snow, hiking and some climbing. They provide good grip and comfortable. They do run little small so order 1 size bigger than usual size.

  • Not bad, not great
Size: 10 Color: Blue
QUICK REVIEW: they will stretch some after wearing a bit, they are cushioned and comfortable but not a lot of ankle stability, a little clunky but not bad, they are NOT waterproof, they need 2 eyelets at top instead of 1 to allow more adjusting, sole has descent grip, they have more toe box room than a lot of boots but still had to size up for my duck-shaped foot. As a bonus, I love the teal color. THE DETAILS: Because of the low price point, I decided to try these. I generally wear 9 in shoes 9.5 in hiking boots. Based on the reviews that said they ran small, I ordered both 9.5 and 10. The 9.5 was fine in length but a little tight across front (disclaimer: I have a narrow heel and wide forefoot, a classic "duck shaped" foot). Because of the snugness across the toe box, I kept the larger size. After wearing a few times, I found they stretched out a bit so I should have kept the smaller size because the 10 is definitely too long for me. I wore them for 2 hours in a dusting of snow & short wet grass and they did NOT stay dry inside. I definitely wouldn't count on dry feet in rain or wet conditions. (I will probably try spraying them to see if that helps some.) This is a deal breaker for me because I hike/live in Michigan so I rely on my boots being waterproof for all season use. Only having 1 set of hooks at the top limits how much you can adjust the fit; two sets of hooks would be better. They are warm for fall/cooler weather - not sure I would want to wear them in warm weather. The cushion is great - no complaints at all on that. However, they don't have a ton of ankle support/stability even though they are mid's. I suppose that is something you trade off for the cushion & comfort. BOTTOM LINE: for the price, they are not bad boots if the fit works for you and you don't need to depend on them being waterproof. ... show more
