The media could not be loaded. Operation stopped after a few tests. Hand would not retract. Too far away to return a small item like this for me. Track went beyond stopping point and couldn't retract.

The bowl itself it cute. Unfortunately, ours only works in demo mode when you push the button nose. When we actually turn it “on,” the sensor doesn't register when your hand passes by. So, the skeleton doesn’t pop out. No biggie. Hopefully, it’s something a simple return/exchange can fix.
