  • XOP climbing stand
I had high hopes for this stand,I bought the wide version for more room, that’s a joke, supposed to be like lone wolf blah blah , light weight yes it is,. To adjust you have to fight the bars that slide up down and is a pain in the ass. Once you loosen it up it is a little better and I mean using it. The bottom platform is awesome, quite etc. the top sit and climb sucks period. Unless you like having your knees in the tree or around it this thing sucks. I’m 6’1 and I do not under any circumstances recommend this stand to a tall individual, you will absolutely hate this this thing as I do, I wasted 300+$ on this stand and regret ever buying it. Not to mention the feeling of being unsafe when you are 20ft in the air, yes I use climbing harness to and thank God I had it on when I used it because I dam near fell , I have used alot of climbing stands in my 20+yrs of hunting and this stand Is by far the most unsafe stand I’ve ever had, do yourself a favor and possibly a life saving one, do not buy it and if you do you dam well better make sure you have a safer climbing harness on because you’re need it. This this is so unsafe it should not be allowed to be sold. ... show more

  • Like it, but don’t love it.
Still new to it. There are a lot of knobs, adjustments and things to move to set it up. While the perceived “options” are great, this is not a fast in and out climber (yet). The seat isn’t amazingly comfortable and there are bars that you lean back on (just under your shoulder). I think i’ll like it, but i’m already sure I won’t love it.. and that’s not good for how much I paid to get it. ... show more

  • Miserable pos
HAnds down the most miserable pos I’ve ever used. I ordered the large it’s tiny. The straps are rubber and don’t slide up tree. Uncomfortable. The seat tore the first time I used it. Ruined my hunt!

  • Very light and climbs good
Wish front bar or sit bar was mounted solid out in front

  • Probably for a smaller guy than I
The strap is all wrong. It gets caught on everything. It seems to bend toward the tree, also I am 6'3" and my feet hang off the bottom of it in sitting position.

  • Lightweight and compact.
This stand is very lightweight and compact. I would buy this stand again but if I could change a couple of things it would be the latching system for the belts that go around the tree and a different material for the seat. The material is loud when it contacts the tree while going up or down.

  • box was damaged....parts missing and i found a lighter in a bag ... for what i dont now...
a lot more weight then i want. very heavy.. for a 69 year old

  • Cheap feeling
Since it folds to pack tighter it feels sooooo cheap and wiggles inside the connections, the pieces holding the strap around the tree are plastic? Would recommend this stand to noone. I would absolutely love to return this item but it sat outside and the box fell apart so I'll sell it second hand to recoup my loss. ... show more
