This Dynamic Microphone Kit is very nice. The items are packaged well and it comes with a guide to set it up if you are using it as a microphone for your laptop or desktop, however it does not come with assembly instructions. After several minutes I was able to figure it out: 1. The USB connector hooks into your computer or laptop and the USBC connector goes from the back of the microphone into the USB connector. You’ll need to make sure the :speaker: fsdzmic usb audio” is chosen at the “sound output” setting on your computer or laptop. Then turn the mic on by dressing the button on top of the mic. There should be a green/blue LED ring that lights up on the mic. 2. You can also use the XLR cable from the mic into a sound board or mixer. 3. The mic can rest on a table (that’s what the round base is for in the packaging), or it can be clamped to a desk with the foldable arm. After I understood the various options and set it up, the mic is easy to use. The sound is crisp and will pick up the sound of your voice without much background noise. There is a volume control knob on the underside too. You can also attach a headphone to the back of the mic trough a headphone jack as well. This mic is very versatile and can be used a variety of ways that best suit your preference. This is an excellent mic for doing a podcast or recording your voice.

This studio microphone is built for podcasts and stationary environments. Here are some thoughts about it: 1) The microphone has the necessary ports to connect it to a computer or laptop or maybe even a tablet or cell phone via the USB-C port. Also on the microphone is an XLR port for connection to a traditional mixer. 2) If connecting to a computer, you must follow the steps in the instructions for it to be feedback free. It will take some trial and error to get rid of the feedback, which is digitally processed via Microsoft Windows I believe, so take time to familiarize yourself with the steps needed to set it up properly so that it does not become an issue in the middle of a podcast. 3) Sound quality is crisp and clear, but it sounds like there is some software noise suppression going on as the acoustic reproduction is not as accurate as the big name brand microphones that cost many times more. For the price, I can live with it. 4) The boom is able to support the weight of the microphone, but I wish the tension were a bit tighter so that the springs will not have to be adjusted that often. At the current amount of tension, assuming weekly use, it should hold up fine for awhile. 5) The physical mute button on the microphone is a practical addition that has great real world use in my opinion. It calls for the user of that mic to mute himself or herself if the need arises. Overall, this is a value microphone with neat features that delivers.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve ventured into the realm of reaction videos and review videos and needed a nice usb microphone to upgrade my audio quality. I tried several other models from other companies and they didn’t have near the audio sound quality that the YUYING USB/XLR microphone set has. Using the microphone is even easier than I expected. You will need to make adjustments to your default audio communication device in your PCs control panel but once that is set, you’re ready to start recording. This microphone also integrated seamlessly with OBS Studio and Streamlabs with minimal effort. The included boom stand arm has 2 ways to mount; either with a desk clamp, or a weighted base. I opted for the clamp so I could position it on the side of my desk and I love it. The system is durable, strong, and easy to use. A few simple steps and you’re ready to add that professional touch to your videos, and content. The mic itself is also the perfect size for recording videos. It’s not so large that it doesn’t fit into the shots you’re trying to take. This is a plus because you don’t want to ruin your video with an ugly mic. Having the RGB lights is a great feature but I would’ve liked to have some control over the settings and options to change the light color. You do get a quick on/off touchscreen style button on the mic which is a nice feature. I would like to finish off by stating that I’ve had microphones that were 200+ USD that are not nearly as good as the YUYING Microphone. You can’t beat this price point especially if you are just setting up your studio and have drawn a budge then this mic should definitely be on your list. You get studio quality 192khz audio for the price of a generic condenser mic.

Wasn't happy with the mic quality, you get what you pay for. However, the arm was perfect for my older mic and honestly that's all that really matters in my opinion.

Overall quality wise this mic is really excellent! It's definitely very heavy duty and well made. I love that you can change the lights on it to whatever color you would like them to be. It was very easy to mount as well. All the measurements match up so it fit perfectly where I needed it to sit. It definitely does everything that it is supposed to do and it is better than some of the very low end microphones I have tried. It is compatible with my PC and you can just simply use USB to plug it in. I think that the problem I'm having with the audio is because it is USB. The person that I am talking to to test it out can constantly hear static even if I am not talking. The sound is not quite as crisp and clear as a popular name brand gaming microphone that I have. I definitely think it's good for the price though. And you can still use it to talk and game and you will be heard it's just not as clear as some of the higher end options. Definitely a great value for the money though, and would be a great starter microphone just by how well made and heavy duty it is, as well as the sound quality as opposed to cheaper microphones. Still a solid 8 out of 10!
