I am extremely pleased with the tire balancer. It came fairly quickly with free shipping to a local Fed Ex freight terminal. The crate was 265 lbs so you might need some help if you plan to pick it up yourself. Customer service was fantastic and communicative throughout the entire ordering and shipment process. The SB 680 unit was shipped extremely secure inside a well constructed wooden crate. I am very happy in the care that they take to make sure the unit arrives safely to you. The only issue I had was that the unit was not set to American inch/ounce standards and the manual was in metric scale as well. Customer service quickly sent me a couple of videos, one which shows how to set units from US to metric and back. The other video shows how to calibrate the unit. They also sent a US standard adhesive scale for the pull-out tire gauge. I am very happy with the customer service and the tire balancer is a great product for the money! ... show more
