The item arrived yesterday. the packaging was intact, however upon opening it the container was broken in several places. I was very disappointed because I bought this product for two reasons. the first was to have spare fasteners to replace those that come loose and fall of when riding, and second because they came in a nice divided container to keep the fasteners organized until I may need them. As the bottom of the box and lid hinge are both broken the case is useless and cannot serve as a storage container. I gave the product 1 star because of the damaged container and the fact that the product is advertised as a plastics fastener kit, however there were no spring nuts, so if you are missing the spring nut along with the screw do not buy this kit. ... show more
