I was hesitant to buy these because I have always only used the Cricut brand mats for my Cricut machine that I have had for several years. But after reading the reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm glad I did. These work just as good. I haven't used them on many different materials yet, but it held the cardstock very well, but didn't shred and leave remnants on the mat due to it being too sticky, the vinyl stayed in place, as did the iron on material. I've only had these mats long enough for a few cuts of each of those materials, but if it holds up without losing the tackiness to quickly, I'll continue to buy this brand. ... show more

I purchased these mats for my Cricut machine at the suggestion of many videos. I had watched on YouTube. I was totally impressed with the quality of the mats and will purchase nothing but these in the future because of the price and quality. These mats are everything that the Cricut mats are at about 1/3 of the price. They also last extremely long, and can be washed off with a sponge and soap, and they are totally usable and a sticky as the day you purchased them! ... show more

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the cricut brand mat. This mat is compatible with the machine and works like described, however I had difficulty getting my material off of the mat without ripping it. I used vinyl only, both the cricut brand or oracfal brand..it didn't matter, it still ripped because the adhesion was so strong. It did help some that i pealed the mat off from the vinyl, but in many cases, it still ripped or tor the some of the backing off the vinyl and left that paper on the mat. This, of course, caused the mat to not last as long as it should have. Perhaps I am using it incorrectly, but I have not had that issue with the cricut brand. I was disappointed with this and this caused me headaches, so I will go back to the cricut brand. ... show more

These are great mats for your cricut! Most of the time “off brands” are the same or similar quality for less money. These are no different! I was looking for a mat to use for t shirt designs, and the cricut brands were $28+ just for one. These came in a pack of 3 for less than that and they work just as well! These have great hold for making many fine cuts in vinyl and paper. They work as good or better than the cricut brand. The thickness and width are perfect for maker and explore machines. Still tacky after several hundred uses.
