rebuilt a slat belt treadmill with 110 ABEC 1 bearings with these smoother ABEC 3 bearings. metal grease shields versus plastic grease shields on ABEC 1 bearings I replaced. Don't know about service life yet, but expects them to be quieter and more durable than the 12 years the original bearings were in place. ... show more

    • These bearings are steel and spin!
These bearings were purchased for light-duty use. The last bearings I purchased for the same purpose, they allowed dirt to enter, because they had plastic seals. These should be better at working in a dirty environment, as they are sealed with a steel seal. I'm hoping they keep spinning for a while, because bearings are supposed to spin, believe it or not. So far, so good! ... show more
