This phone is mostly fine, but it has a dealbreaker issue: the phone app doesn't work properly. The microphone doesn't work on calls, and sometimes, calls simply do not get placed. It's wild, since . I contacted customer service through all channels recommended me on Amazon and was only given generic advice (eg. The media could not be loaded. The phone is amazing , better than I expected and great value for money . The phone comes with a charger cable phone case and car charger but it doesn’t come with a charger head that is suitable in the West Indies or America. The only thing I realize is that the phone takes about 6 hours to charge to 100% when you don’t use the adapter and charger cable that it came with ... show more
