  • Stopped working after 7 months. No replacement yet
My GPU stopped working after 7 months and I need a replacement. It's been impossible to reach the manufacturer for a replacement.

  • Trash Product
Size: RX 560 Style: XFX RX 560 4GB Pattern Name: Graphics Card
New build. AMD Ryzen 9 processor. Graphics card crashes several times a day just web browsing. Forget about gaming. I've gone through the included software to adjust things down as much as possible and still no change. The overlay shows the GPU regularly either sitting at 0% or 100% for no apparent reason. I've done power calculations and should have more than enough. I have 650W. Asus Prime 570 Mobo. As far as I'm concerned, this is junk. I wouldn't waste the money here... as I'm about to buy another graphics card. I'm past the return date on this now (it took me a while to actually sit down and make the new PC build). I regret the purchase immensely. Edit: I bumped it up 1 star. In the past 24 hours I've had 1 email exchange with XFX tech support. The suggestion was to use a 3rd party tool to delete all display drivers from the OS, and then reinstall via Radeon's software. I think the tech is trying to say that after I built this machine Windows tried to automatically download display drivers, and that's the issue. The Radeon software apparently needs to download and install the drivers; not Windows. Anyway, I did all that and the issues aren't resolved. Generally the crashes seem to have stopped while web browsing. But flying around Orgrimmar for 3 mins and 46 seconds caused it to crash. Looks like I'll be buying another video card... Update: Nov. 3 2020, I dropped review back down to 1 star. I received an email from XFX tech support last night suggesting I update my mobo BIOS to try and fix. Will try next... Update: Nov. 7 2020, finally got around to updating the BIOS on the MoBo. I had to revert to my prior build so I could handle lasts week work. After updating the Asus BIOS the card seems OK. I've been running for an hour without about :30 minutes running around WoW and no issue. This was impossible earlier. I will come back by the end of the weekend or next week with a final update. Hopefully, I can give this product some more stars. Update: Nov. 8, 2020, BIG NOPE! Starts crashing withing 8 hours of use. The crashes are progressivly getting closer and closer together. Laid out $280.00 today to replace the card. Been using a Gtx 1660 super for 1 hour and not an issue. I'll buy AMD processors, but not GPUs. I read today that there has been an ongoing issue with AMD GPU driverss this year. Well, this one ain't fixed as of writing! Don't buy it! Wasted time and money on it. Glhf yall! ... show more

  • Meeting expectations....for 48hrs
Size: RX 560 Style: XFX RX 560 4GB Pattern Name: Graphics Card
Writing a review to possibly help someone out. I bought this for a budget pc my son and I play on. We were playing on an Apu only and wanted to add a dedicated video card. I bought this after doing as much research as possible about fit in case, compatibility, and power needs. Everything checked out so I got it. Arrived two days later. I easily snapped it in, hooked up the power and we're playing games we couldn't before. So pretty stoked. Update: Sending card back for a new one. Kept crashing. Fingers crossed the new one is stable. Will update... Update 2: new card has been stable for months now. Playing mostly warzone on it. ... show more

  • Did not work
Size: RX 560 Style: XFX RX 560 4GB Pattern Name: Graphics Card
Put this card in a new build and it worked great for about a day then it started crashing. It first it would only crash when playing games then it would crash about 20 minutes or so after starting my computer. Bought a new ASUS video card and my computer is working great. I know you can never tell with electronics but it cost me a lot of time and hassle trouble shooting the issue. You might get lucky and get a good one but I would go with something else. ... show more

  • good product at a good price
Size: RX 560 Style: XFX RX 560 4GB Pattern Name: Graphics Card
This video card went into my Cyber Power machine, on a MSI A78M-E35 mother board. it upgraded my graphics from the old Raedeon R-250 2 gig card. WOW ! Quite the difference. it requires a new driver down load and windows 10, also a power supply as it does not get its power from the PCI-E bus. I would do it all over again. well worth the trouble and money. ... show more

  • Did not not work well on my Z370P D3 (rev. 1.0) windows 10 v.1903 intel board
Size: RX 560 Style: XFX RX 560 4GB Pattern Name: Graphics Card
This card xfx radeon rx 560 RX-560P4SFG5 uses seems to require 16x slot but only uses 8x lanes. I checked with the latest gpu-z and the bus width was reported as 8x .1.1 without load and 8x 3.0 under rendering test. Seems it is only for crossfire. I still have my old gtx 950 sc 2gb and it used 16x 1.1 and 16x 3.0 respectively. The information on the official xfx website also had no pci-e information on this card. Plus certain games do not start up or freeze. It worked well on Sonic Generations but only used 8x. Injustice Gods Among Us froze at start up for 5 minutes. I am therefore returning it. I stick to nvidia graphics for now. ... show more

  • BROKE AFTER 2 MONTHS
Size: RX 560 Style: XFX RX 560 4GB Pattern Name: Graphics Card
Installation was a nightmare!!! It “worked” for a couple weeks, we thought it was fine and right after the 30 day return window it broke. My sons computer would not run, it randomly would shut off while he was gaming or doing homework and he could not play any games or use his computer after the glitches started to get worse. When we removed the graphics card everything worked perfectly so this highly expensive graphic card was a total piece of trash and now we’re stuck with an expensive piece of metal that doesn’t work! Buyer beware make sure it works before the 30 day return window closes it’s an expensive loss!! ... show more

  • Been waiting weeks on support, for burnt card . Spend extra $ on ASRock VC that works out of box.
Size: RX 560 Style: XFX RX 560 4GB Pattern Name: Graphics Card
Sad.. Waiting weeks for many XFX techs to blame it on the motherboard BIOS even after MB bios updated and still did not work. From day one the VC does nto play HDMI to my Asus ve247 montier. Only to my Hisence 55in 4k TV. First time I started her and the fans did not come on. Had to start it manually. Then later did not work. Swaped out my old Nvidea gt 710 card that works great rough my monitor and TV. then many times the card stopped. Really the worst card and support. Why should I get a RMA of junk? Spend the extra couple $ and get a ASrock that works and shipped in half the time. Tony ... show more
