Update - August/2021 - I crashed my bike in the rain (Riding too fast for conditions ) The crash bar folded and protected my leg and the bike. I just ordered a replacement as the bike and I survived with minimal damage. I recommend crash bars for any road bike for protection. These Are well made - great value compared to other brands - I put these on my 2015 Honda Shadow Aero VT750 - The bolts holes line up well - Use the new bolts that come with this because as they are slightly longer ( The bar mounts use up about a 1/4" (Inch) of the bolt length) - I put highway pegs on this bar, I mounted them high up and the bar seemed to have a bit of flex ( Slight movement of the bars ) this is because the bars have only 3 attachment points - I lowered my pegs a bit and this was a more comfortable position and the bar doesn't flex as much - Make sure when mounting that your horn is positioned outside of the bars - well made and comparable to any other highway bars ... show more
