I am normally a size L. Measured my head and ordered an L. Fits perfect. Excellent quality. I have owned name brands before, and this is as lightweight and feels solid. You can see cheapness in some areas (like vents, or chin). But I have no doubt this will save me equally well in a crash.

If I had one complaint it would be that I wish they would have included a clear replacement visor for riding at night.
