  • Looks great, we'll made good next step up EDF.
Very happy with this purchase. This plane flys well no bad habits. Lands good too and that's a plus for learning. Huge cockpit plenty of room for 2600mAh packs. 4:30 flights with 20% reserve. Set mine up with AR630 safe receiver and NX 8+ transmitter. Not a speedster but does the job for learning and growing. I put extra Ultra trim decals on to help my old eyes see top and bottom of the plane. ... show more

  • Excellent fit, finish and flight characteristics
XFly models ( I own this one and the A10 Warthog ) are well above the average foamy airplane fit/finish and are very easy to assemble. They are excellent flyers that can fly FAST! They are relatively easy to fly, but are not for first time EDF flyers. Both are very sensitive to CG. The plane must be balanced at, or slightly (very slightly) forward of the recommended CG. Tail heavy problems are obvious, but a little more the slightly nose heavy makes rotation very sluggish, which is problematic for an EDF, especially at slower speeds. The recommended minimum throws, on the T-7A, are quite conservative. Excellent value at the current price point ($189.00) ... show more

  • Underpowered
Hand launched may still may not gain flight.

  • Bank and Yank
Flies easy on 4s 2200mah. Has plenty of power. Red tail makes it really easy to see. Sounds great and looks awesome. No rudder means it's pretty simple, not much to do in the way of aerobatics. Much better with the gear off. I've flown it on 3200mah as well. Fit and finish is excellent.

  • Decent
Flies decent, the gear is very bouncy

  • This is a really fun jet
I really enjoy flying this jet. I left the wheels off and I toss it, then land on the belly. It is fast and has no bad habits. That tail gives it extreme visibility in the sky. This has awesome power for a 64mm jet. I love this thing so much that I'm going to order another as a backup. Note: This jet has no rudder. It's a bank and yank machine. You can't beat this for the money. ... show more

  • Excellent Quality!
The paint is amazing for foam. Fit and finish is excellent. It's well thought out. Lots of room for your receiver and battery. It flies very nice! It's not prone to stalling but land it faster until you find it. It's made very well. I was surprised and will definitely buy more from Xfly!

  • Go to EDF
This is an excellent easy flying super fun EDF. I would consider it as a pretty decent choice as a first EDF. This plane goes with me every day I go flying. I've logged 100's of flights since I got it over 4 months ago. I recommend the nose gear upgrade. It really takes the bouncing when taxiing. I wish it had retracts and a rudder. That is all from keeping this from being a perfect airplane. It has very good power even at field altitude over 5000ft. It's just a really good flying model airplane that I will have in my hanger as long as it is still available. ... show more
