My printer did not recognize this as a new Black Ink Drum. I tried looking for a video to see if there was something I could do in the control panel, none of the ones I found for the 6515 DN are in English. I tried calling XEROR, you know, the manufacturer, they would not answer any questions without a fee. ... show more

I don’t understand some of these reviews such as “Terrible” or “Doesn’t work”. What specific print quality issue are you experiencing? Do you know how to get the item out of the box? I don’t like Xerox, but these imaging drums are great. They are OEM parts that produce great quality prints, and they come with a warranty. The drums are very inexpensive as compared to other manufacturers, and they have a long useful life. I don’t understand where some of these senseless reviews originate from. If this item was junk, I would tell you, as well as telling you exactly why. ... show more
