This is my second cutter...the first was purchased through Amazon and truly did not have any support...NOTHING!! I learned the ropes on that cutter and replaced the cutting strip many times before buying my PrismCut. I should tell you I bought mine through USCutter and their support is top notch!!! Don't think you're going to buy a cutter and it's going to be easy to use out of the box...there is a very large learning curve for both the cutters and the software. I honestly feel it is impossible to expect this to be a fast learning experience. Expect it to take time and to ruin lots of vinyl before you get it down. BUT THIS IS A GREAT SECOND CUTTER!
