I bought this for my son who needed to create labels for a product. This machine is awesome. It creates high-quality labels and cuts them to the shape of your design to perfection! A much more cost-effective way to create labels vs. purchasing stickers from a print supplier - especially if you may want to adjust your design along the way. It's a little slow - takes about 2 minutes to create a sheet of 4 (depending on the size of your design - his design was 2 X 3 inches) - so not ideal if you need a lot right away. The quality of the ink and paper is really good. The colors are sharp and vibrant. It actually layers the color on which you can see as the printer is in process. Connects to a smartphone so it's easy to use and set up.

ive only had this a short time, but this is my one week in review. this thing seems to be sturdy enough to last, but this is my "so far....." review. ive seen a lot of complaints about things i just dont see. things like it being plasticky and cheap, functionality issues, things that just did not exist in my unit, so i think they may have had beta units and this is an updated model?? first, let me say, this thing is pretty great. looks solod enough. has a good feel and heft to it. the app is SUPER intuitive and easy to use, and pretty powerful as well. the ai tools to fix your pictures work.... meh, 75-80% flawlessly, which is pretty good for ai imo. set=up was quick and easy, had it printing in minutes. as usual, i read the negative comments before i buy something. i heard a lot of complaints about how it only works from your phone, and theres a usb plug, but it does nothing. this was a big downside for me, i hate working from a small phone screen, but to my surprise, i found THERE IS a windows (and mac, if youre a weirdo) version of the software, and you can run it from the pc with a usb cable. this was a very pleasant surprise. the app is free, i havent been asked to pay as ive seen other say, and it runs one ad on startup, thats all ive ever noticed. the image quality is easily ample for small stickers. cons: the app. id like to see a punch out feature. there are shapes, but id like to be able to punch the shaped out, like make a picture into a star or heart shape, also, an array option, to populate a sheet with a sticker design. these things MAY be there, but i just havent found them yet. its got a neat feature where you can save things to your app, so you can design something on the pc, then use your phone to print it out without having to transfer files between the 2. why is this in the cons section? because its functionality is sketchy at best. it works when it wants to. id really like to see the paper at least a5 size, but its not. switching back and forth between the sticker and photo paper is a real pain, having 2 paper tray would be lovely, but as far as i can tell, theres no way to get an extra. the cut alignment is not always perfect. the app recommends you not go below 1mm in case the border is off, but i like to live on the edge. i go under 1mm. usually it works, sometimes it is just a bit off. pretty minor cons list, but thats all i got. there is a promise of transparent sticker paper being available, but it kind of reads like a kickstarter vaporware promise, so im not holding my breath, but that would be a GREAT addition if they do it.

I bought this mainly because I wanted to make my own custom stickers, and it turned out to be much more useful than I expected. Setup was incredibly easy—just download the app, connect it to your phone, and you're ready to start printing. The print quality is excellent for such a compact printer. I love that the app lets you add white outlines around your designs, making the stickers look much more professional. I've used it to create stickers for my phone, but I can also see it being a great tool for small businesses, personalized gifts, product labels, or custom phone cases. If you're creative, there are so many possibilities. My only complaint is that the sticker rolls and supplies can get a little expensive, and they don't last very long if you're printing a lot. Overall, it's a fun, easy-to-use machine that delivers great quality. If you're looking for a compact sticker printer for hobbies or small projects, I definitely recommend it.

This is exactly what I've been looking for for YEARS. Literally, years. I wasn't looking for anything complicated, I didn't want to get a giant machine, like a cricket, I just wanted something simple, straight forward, and easy to operate. Something that creates gorgeous stickers. And here it is! Liene nailed it! The app is super easy to use, and they're constantly improving it to make it better and add more designs. The stickers work great! I've used them for all kinds of projects, like school projects, Christmas gifts, and for my business labels. I adore that it's wireless. I started using this about 6 months after it was originally released, and yes, the stickers had issues then, but they worked on glass just fine. Now, they've listened to their clients and improved the sticker quality and it's SOOOO much better! I have no complaints. I like that they're always improving and listening to their client base. That's how you know it's a good company. I would highly recommend this machine and stickers, and I already have to multiple people in my friend group who are crafty. My sister in law wants to get one soon for her scrapbooking. Truly, you can use it for all kinds of things!

I was so excited to get this, and I desperately wanted it to be great. Sadly, it's not. This is basically toy quality, what you buy your kids to play around with making mediocre quality stickers. If you buy this (like I did) with the hopes that you could use it in a workflow to produce stickers to sell and give out, you better subvert your expectations. I think you'd be better off paying a little more and getting an Epson printer + Cricut combo. So, of course you're limited to space, which I knew going into this. The sticker paper is 4 x 7, but you don't even get the full canvas. It's more like 4 x 6 in actual print area. The consumables are proprietary, no one else is making the ink cartridges or media, so you're stuck with what they offer. The Liene sticker paper is okay, but not like 3M or Oracal quality. My device cuts deep for some reason. Even after trying to calibrate, sticker edges get pushed into the cut path, and it makes the stickers hard to peel. The cutting is not 100% precise either, there will be an overlapping start and end cut, and it doesn't look good. In order to even use the product you need to sign in. Like wth do I need to sign in to send an image to a printer I own? I hate this with a passion. Companies that do this are making you the product by collecting data, print habits, whatever. My Brother and Epson printers have apps, and I don't need to sign into them. There is absolutely no reason that a printer app needs you to sign in. Plus, Chinese... no offense, but I'm not down with signing into a Chinese app, and letting a Chinese company collect my data, unnecessarily. The app itself is really buggy. Mine kept crashing on a Samsung Galaxy S24. When it would crash I'd launch the app and it would just be a white screen, and nothing would happen. The only work around I could find was to uninstall and reinstall, and then relog in, and restart my print set up. Just all around annoying and cumbersome. The permission granting in the app is weird too. I don't believe it's the standard Android permission dialogs. It has a USB-C port, but there is no ability to print from a computer or laptop, so no idea what that is for. The one redeeming quality it has is that the actual print quality, as in color, saturation, and sharpness, is pretty decent. On par with Canon Selphy printers. If you're just using it to print photos, then it's more than capable if you're willing to put up with a buggy Chinese app. However, if all you want is photos, you can get a better Selphy printer for half as much. For stickers, I found it to be a huge let down. For $300, it's not worth it in my opinion. Cons: - App that requires a login - Buggy software - Chinese app I don't trust - Sticker paper quality is meh - USB-C port that doesn't do anything - Sticker paper doesn't use the full sheet, and has large margins on the sides - No third party consumables, so you're stuck with the media Liene sells - Cutting is not the best quality, and calibrating seems to do nothing - Expensive for what it is. It's a premium price for a mediocre product Pros: - Color, saturation, and sharpness are all pretty decent, the print quality is on par with Selphy printers - The physical build quality is above average, sturdy build

This sticker printer has been a lot of fun to use. Setup was straightforward, wireless connectivity was easy, and the app is very user-friendly. It prints quickly, produces sharp images with vibrant colors, and the built-in cutter makes clean, accurate cuts. I haven’t had any issues with jamming. it automatically powers off after about 30 minutes of inactivity, which is a nice feature I included photos with my thumb for scale so others can get a better idea of the printer and sticker size. My only complaint is that it only works with the manufacturer’s sticker paper, which is pricey and frustrating! Other than that, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Really impressive printer and cutter. The App is quite well thought out and borders can essentially be eliminated using the slider however I would like more control in this final area before the cut. Perhaps a way to bump the cut around position wise. Reason being as the AI cutout line was slightly out of alignment on the phone. Ideally, I as well as many others would like the option of a PC application. That would make working with more intricate designs and adjustments easier and make the package even better. The print quality is really quite astounding and the colors at least in my test came out great or true to what my screen design looks like. The test I cut was a small oval and I wanted it to be a certain size. This was so so easy (I had been curious) as the design app knows exactly how big the sticker sheet is and shows measurements. On top of this, you can resize the element using actual inch/mm values in a separate area of the app which is fantastic. I don't understand the background removal potentially being a paid thing, seems weird. I used my own image with transparent background, and it worked very well. I was quite impressed by the print quality as the sticker is small, so was the resolution on my test so I'm genuinely impressed. Looking forward to the strong adhesion sticker paper as this is what a lot of people want as an option. Also, they state there will be metallic and transparent sticker papers in 6 months. That would be another big selling point for this machine. Having a good selection of paper options. Permanent sticker paper. Windows & Mac applications for designing sheets. Overall I am quite impressed by it. The only real issue I had was it seemingly lost BT connection after pairing (walked away) and managed to print two tests which used two of the few sheets I have as they became queued up. It simply began printing after reconnecting and I had no idea how to stop it. PROS: -Print quality is great with crisp small details. -Easy to print up simple stickers in a specific size. -Cuts are smooth and precise. Whole operation is quite swift. -You CAN eliminate the auto border but it is using a slider, no other real options on the cut screen or move the cut line(s) after that. -Strong adhesion sticker paper is in the works. -Transparent and metallic paper should be available in 6 months they say. -App is well thought out with a good number of tools to make the sticker(s) you want. -Sticker material has a nice finish quality. CONS: -Needs PC apps too (not available yet, not sure if its planned but it needs it for ease of use). -Die cut line screen on phone is kind of limiting and probably needs some more tools for more fine tuning. -Background removal app option paywall in the future?? Worries a lot of buyers. -Paper and cartridge kits are kind of pricy. -Limited to using only Liene paper stock. (Understandable in some regards) -Current stickers are slightly "sticky" but do not stick well for anything but mostly polished, flat surfaces. -Not sure about cutter blade replacements in the future as it is not discussed anywhere really. I would say it is a fantastic deal to get one on sale right now. If they deliver on the paper, app and other features to solidify the package as a whole in the near future it will be an amazing one for $299.

I come to write this review from a rather unique perspective. I played a predominant role in the development of desktop publishing technology in the 1980s. Desktop publishing brought professional-level printing and publishing capabilities to anyone with the need and resources to bring the technology within the grasp of the creator. So it is with the Liene PixCut S1. This compact desktop sticker printer enables virtually anyone to produce ready-to-use, trade-quality, kiss-cut stickers, easily, quickly, and on-demand. The machine, which has a footprint of only 8” x 11”, less than the size of a standard sheet of paper, takes up little desk or counter space. The provided iOS and Android software is easy-to-use, and provides a vast library of ready-to-use images, as well as an editor for custom designs. Liene has publicly committed to releasing desktop software versions for Mac and Windows. The image quality of the stickers is excellent, and comparable to any available from a commercial source, and at a lower cost. For example, ten 2” x 2” stickers are $1.70 each from one on-line printer, and $0.92 each from another printer, with a minimum of 25. The PixCut S1 prints on a 4” x 7” sticker paper at an estimated cost of about $0.10 for each sticker of about the same size. The printer is ready for plug-and-play out-of-the-box. Simply insert the dye sublimation ink cartridge, load the sticker paper, establish the Bluetooth connection, and send the file. The user is then able to see the printing and cutting process as it occurs. During printing the sticker sheet exits the rear of the printer as each successive color is applied, followed by a sealing layer of lamination, for surface protection. After printing, the sheet exits through the front of the machine, where the user can watch as the PixCut kiss-cuts precisely around each sticker outline. The PixCut S1 is a great device for a family with children. Children typically love stickers, and the opportunity to design and print their own creations is very enticing. The rest of the family can benefit as well, producing creator stickers for crafts, package labels for homemade goods, custom decorations for gift wrapping, and so much more. There have been some issues with the adhesive strength of their stickers, which Liene is addressing. The PixCut S1 is also able to print 4”x6” high-quality photos at about $0.47 each. All-in-all I am glad that I bought it.
