By far one of the best pairs of shoulder pads I've worn in over 17 years of playing football. The fit is snug, material is comfortable and forgiving during big collisions, and they are ridiculously light. I was sceptical when I took them out of the box; there was just no way these could be as protective as the thicker and heavier pads I've worn in the past. These are my second set of xenith...light...good range of motion for skilled positions going for balls above your head. They are much lighter than prior versions but leave a little bit of the outside down the obliques so I wear the padded shirt and the rib guards.
