I mean overall. It’s protection. Better than a shirt alone but it’s very cheap material compared to actual paintball gear. Im a medium and it fits okay but kinda tight. Would say SIZE UP if you want some wiggle room. But does get hot of course I feel like it will tear after a few uses so if your looking for something to use ober and over again I was say save your money and invest in some better gear

The padding is decent, although I wish it was also on top of the shoulder. For $30, you can’t beat it. I bought and took back a padded short sleeve shirt I got from a retailer that was not as good, and it was $40. I wear a mens L and decided to buy an XL and it fits well.

Bought it for a short notice game and it worked really well. A little stiff the first time you wear it but gets easier to move in after a short time. Decent padding for arms and forearms and part of your torso. Only leaves chest and shoulders exposed but for the price its a good deal

Use for mens league ice hockey in lieu of shoulder pads as there is no hitting, Love them. The elbow pads make area a tad tight but other than that I have no issues. Protect yourself.
