Ok first thing I want everyone to know is I was super hesitant about ordering an Xbox in general in this day and age with scams and all this other nonsense but I said I want an Xbox cause I broken my other one cleaning it wrong. So I figure if your gonna buy some nice might as well get something that looks nice.the First thing when I open the box was the controller it's not the one that they put on the cover which I totally get because people keep all the nice stuff and then return everything and say they lost it,but this controller joystick was broken I was so confused because it was in this plastic wrap figuring OK this thing is going to be protected but it really wasn't it.controller care I give 1 star. So I figured since the Xbox is not gonna come in the original box which I totally get to because keep in a box that's probably four years old in brand-new condition is probably hard enough I ordered Amazon gift box so it protects the inside box from damage which really worked the outside box was pretty beat up and the Xbox was pretty much untouched I checked it to see if they opened it which I'm pretty sure they did see if it was broken or not but everything looked like it was brand new ,new screws new everything pretty much everything seems to be running as of now but I'm still hesitant thinking that oh it's just today that it works but tomorrow it turn off because it just refurbished. I'm still testing it out I'm hoping people do research like I did to make sure that they know that they're not getting the complete set because I had to Remind myself it this thing was Broken I had done my research so I wouldn't be mad about it.overall 4 stars as of now if the Xbox does turn off or does something that it not supposed to do I will update as soon as possible. ... show more

It powers up and works but constantly keeps freezing modern warfare Warzone cant get it work at all will be sending back I this is just a bad Xbox I hope because I spent good money on this
