First of all, this controller is gorgeous. Unless you just don't care, pay the cost to upgrade to one of these nicer colors for a few bucks and enjoy the lovely controller when not in use. The controling is not consistent however with different colors on different pieces that contrast and clash, so if you don't like that, not the controller for you. Second of all, the clicking on this controller's D-Pad is LOUD so if that drives you crazy, maybe not the controller for you. It's a very clickety clackety controller. Third of all, battery tech and weight and controller drift do not seem to have been meaningfully advanced. Still taking AA batteries and no hall effect sticks. But you can use this with a PC? just like a 360 controller and switch to a cable if your batteries run dry, so it's arguably still one of the best built and versatile controllers money can buy for the price. If you don't need elite features and treat it gently so as not to cause stick drift, you ought to be very satisfied. It's comfortable and durable and worth the cost. It is a branded xbox controller - so you know exactly what you're getting. 5-star color scheme though, it's my personal favorite even compared to some of the more crazy special editions I have. A classic.

So I bought this controller 8ish months ago to use on my pc with my Game Pass Ultimate scrip. The way I pound and spam buttons I wasn't expecting this one to last any longer than the ones before it but he surprised me and takes a beating like no other and response is tight and on point. It's important to say that my only jag with him was during and right after for a second or two(which can be a lot of time depending what's happening in the game) when vibration occurred my character would get all wonky and uncontrollable. No Bueno. Also important to say that I'm now soley using it with the console and I haven't experienced that. Though I'm not sure if it stopped doing it before or because I switched to the Xbox so I'm sorry I couldn't help out with that but what's important is that it doesn't do that any more and that is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5 which it's totally worthy of! ... show more

So far so good. I love the color, texture, and performance so far. Stick is not dragging and I use my Xbox controller for everything since I use Xbox to run Netflix, games, prime, HBO, and external hard drive.

Good controller. Xbox brand. Doesn’t hold up to dropping since he dropped it and it caused damage but it is a good quality controller. Price is a bit high in my opinion.
