2 stars because though u love the design on it one of the joysticks doesn't work right. No matter what game I play my character moves on its own at times and the controller flips through menus as though I'm holding the stick in the forward position. Received the product very quickly, only 2 days. System works great but did need to format the hard drive and do initial setup, not a big deal at all. Couple of things I was disappointed with is the console only came in a regular brown bow. Was under the impression I would receive the original box the system came in. Just based on the pictures for the product looked like you would receive the box and not just using stock images of the original. Also, the games came in plain paper CD sleeves and not in the original Xbox cases. Also, I know in the description, said from an arms length would not see any scratches which is not the case at all. Lots of scratches on the shiny black part of the system. Overall happy I got the system, but would have bought from another seller if I had to do it again. ... show more

Awesome gift for my husband, now if I could just get him to put the controller down and lift a duster! LOL! He loves the Fable game, plays it constantly, apparently there are so many different ways you can go in the game that it allows for repeated play. The Xbox is durable and fun. The Xbox came and doesn't work it's extremely dirty doesn't read either of the games that came with it. Such a waste of money just to disappoint my kids.

Not a happy camper right now. No where on the description does this say that this is an Xbox 360 E console. The E does not have the plug in slot for the RC to HD thereby it does not give true HD image and renders all headsets in my house useless.

This was our first foray into the xbox world. Many folks recommended the larger drive, so we went with this bundle. The Plants v Zombies game is only a download code. YOu have to subscribe to xbox live (gold) to play. The basic xbox live, the free one, does not give you the ability to play. So, that was kind of a bummer as the idea behind the bundle was to get a game for my kid to jump right into without spending more money. Anyway, other than that, the setup went pretty smoothly, and he is playing away. No issues yet. ... show more
