  • Good headset. No Dongle. Recognized officially by XBOX system
I don’t know why I had seen so many negative reviews before I had bought and received one myself. Works great for me. Doesn’t require a dongle (Save those usb ports for external hard drives, thumb drives and USB C charging cables.) Gets a good signal Has Bluetooth (can sync to iPhone, iPad,etc…) Wireless Dampens surrounding noise when wearing the headset (No it’s not noise cancelling, but it’s not bad) Audio is good and easy to adjust. Mic is good. Updates/calibration/etc I think available in settings Cost: excellent value for the money Microsoft Series X entertainment system looking good. I have the Xbox series 2 elite controller, the media remote. The Microsoft headset, The Microsoft chatpad. And because they are Microsoft that is 2 less dongles I don’t need. And so far I haven’t run into any issues with the headset. Would recommend. Unless you’re notorious for crushing your gear. Then I would just look at getting a $25-40 Turtle Beach recon headset ... show more

  • They *seem* too short at first.
They work great, but was missing the charging cable. They seem stiff at first, but you can actually do a small degree shaping them out a bit. For those of you that have a larger head like myself and/or larger earrings like myself, when extending the headphones they seem to stop about a half inch short of their actual full extension. Gently doublecheck once you believe they are fully extended. ... show more

  • Cheap look and feel, unconfortable, and unreliable.
The sound quality is good, and that's where it ends. These headphones are junk. Right out of the box, they feel like cheap plastic with loose knobs. The headband is very stiff, making it difficult to adjust, but it dose stay put. They seem to lock in place, so you can't make any adjustments when you're wearing them. The earcups don't rotate and the padding on the headband is very firm making these pretty unconfortable to wear even for shorter caming sessions. The dial controls on the earcups are too big and loose so they are constantly being bumped and adjusted when you dont intend to. You can't even put on or take off the headphones without accidentily adjusting the volume dials. The mute button is, for some reason, on the same side as the power, and very close to it. The two buttons are distinctive, but a quick mute/unmute during gaming, regularly caused the power button to be pressed. The mic light also turns on white when active, a bit of a departure from the red mute indicator on most headsets. If the price point was 50% lower, I'd say due to the sound quality and connectivity these might make an okay gaming option, but there are much better options at the same price point as these. Also, due to the difficulty in making adjustments, these wont be headphones you want to be shared in household. Last point I'll make, connectivity wasn't as easy as I'd hoped. These required an update before use right out of the box. They didn't connect the first time I tried to play a game with them. After finally getting them working, it was hit and miss. You'd turn them on and they'd connect within about a minute one time, the next they wouldn't connect, or the mic audio wouldn't work. Overall pretty poor experience for a pair of Microsoft Xbox headphones connected to a Microsoft Xbox. ... show more

  • Good for Xbox ONLY!!!
It's been only 20 days. But so far they are fine. Only 4 stars bc they aren't that comfy and the sound is standard. The mic is good tho. Unless you need head phones for specifically Xbox these are great. But if you need head phones for PS or PC than I highly suggest the Cloud 3 Wireless for only 20-30$ more. Cloud 3s are way more comfy and better sound than these Xbox ones. Cloud 3s Wireless are not compatible w Xbox. So if u need Xbox headphones these are a great choice. But not for if you play on any other system. ... show more

  • Mejora sonora
Muy recomendados ... show more

  • Too quiet.
the clarity is good, but, its so quiet. I have tried everything to try and fix it. But to no avail. I've hard reset, tweaked settings. nothing works. My old hyperx wired headset was so much louder than this one. Pros: Comfortable, noise cancelling (somewhat, not 100%), quality sound. Cons: to quiet no matter what i do to fix it. adjustable headband is very stiff and hard to adjust without both hands. A little top pricey. All in all, its a decent headset because the sound is good. It's just too quiet. I went back to my wired hyperx. ... show more
